Peter Brown (born October 5, 1935) is an American television actor known for his four-year role as young Deputy Johnny McKay opposite John Russell as Marshal Dan Troop in the 1958-1962 ABC/Warner Brothers western television series, Lawman and as Texas Ranger Chad Cooper on Laredo from 1965-1967.
Brown was born in New York City as Pierre Lind de Lappe. His mother, Mina Reaume, was a stage and radio actress, playing the "Dragon Lady" on the Terry and the Pirates radio serial. He has an older brother, Phillip, and two younger half brothers, Paul and Michael. Peter took the name Brown from his stepfather, Albert Brown.
During his United States Army service in Alaska with the 2nd Infantry Division (United States), Brown became involved in writing, directing and acting in plays to entertain the other troops. Upon his discharge, Brown studied Drama at the University of California, Los Angeles and soon was appearing in plays and on NBC Matinee Theatre. Brown also supported himself by working in a gasoline station on the Sunset Strip. One night a man paid for his purchase with a credit card reading "Jack L. Warner". Brown asked the customer whether he was one of the Warner Brothers, the man replied "I'm the last one left". The next day Brown was offered a screen test at the studio.

I present to you 256 crayons melted into a large rainbow block turned on the wood lathe for your amusement.. There is no glue or fasteners of any type, just a block of melted wax. What do you get when you cross a 5 lb bag of gummy bears, 13 oz of resin, and a wicked sharp double axe head? Sounds to me like a really bad idea... I love it. I had many "firsts" in this project, but I can say I'm happy as can be that the gummy bear axe now exists. Also, pretty happy to add this to the completed project column. I wanted a project to do in Costa Rica with limited hand tools. I saw Peter Brown's living hinge video and decided I wanted to give it a try! My first step was to find a hardware store to buy a coping saw... Ultimately I made a big mistake purchasing cheap underlayment plywood as my material. There were no other stores in walking distance and I didn't want to take a taxi all around town looking for imported woods. The very first 12 inch extended vinyl recording I bought was this fantastic disco record featuring the vocals of Betty Wright and the wunderkind of the time, Peter Brown. 'Do you wanna get funky with me' had set the dance floors and charts alight earlier in 1978, but it was 'Dance with me' that brought him the biggest success of his career. Reaching the Top 10 in America, 'Dance with me' missed the Top 40 in both Britain and Australia, where it stalled outside the Top 50, but for me is one of the most memorable and enduring dance records of the era. It is just so darn joyous and infectious! It was simply lightning in a bottle! It worked. ENJOY the original extended version of this fab hit!

Recently, Orlando Brown has been heavily covered in the media regarding his frequent arrests, his Raven-Symone "abortion" lyrics, and rumored drug issues. In an interview with VLADTV, the child star particularly clears up his drama surrounding The View host and his "It's like Raven aborted my baby" line. "I said 'it's like.'" He explained, "It's clearly a play on words, and It's a metaphor. Basically, what I mean by that is, y'all want me to go crazy, and then y'all mother f****** want to play a n****."
FOLLOW ME ON TUMBLR! :) thecrushindarkness.tumblr.com I spent a few hours last night doing my research on these actors and starting today, I edited the whole thing. I just finished a few hours ago and tweaked a few things like sound, timing, and music before I rendered it. I hope you all enjoy and appreciate these actors like I do. Enjoy. P.S. I know some of these actors have voiced more than just these characters, but I only did about two or three of each. Songs: "Transformation" from Beauty and the Beast, "Married Life" from UP I do not own anything.

Peter Brown spoke on the Silk Road in Late Antiquity:: Politics, Trade, and Culture Contact between Rome and China, 300-700 CE at the Silk Road Symposium held at the Penn Museum in March 2011. This is a study of the modes of political and cultural communication which led to a rare level of "intervisibility" between the various societies and states along the Silk Road in the Late Antique period (roughly 300-700 CE). It will examine the cultural meanings of the objects which passed along the Silk Road as examples of a form of "archaic globalization". It ends by examining the meaning to contemporaries of the deliberate hybridization of objects taken from distant lands that were put on display in their respective societies. It is this bricolage of objects, to create spaces that were perceived...
