Seoul Station is a major railway station in Seoul, the capital of South Korea. The station is served by the Gyeongbu Line, its high-speed counterpart and the Gyeongui Line, with frequent high-speed, express, and local services to various points in South Korea.
The station is the primary terminus for the KTX and express services to Busan. The station is also served by about a dozen trains per day on the Honam Line and its express Gwangju Station and Mokpo. The station used to be the terminus for all long-distance trains on the Gyeongbu, Honam, Jeolla, and Janghang Lines, but in early 2004, the terminus for most Honam, Jeolla, and Janghang Line trains was moved to Yongsan.
AREX express trains provide service to Gimpo Airport and Incheon International Airport. Service began December 29, 2010.
Seoul Subway serves the station with Line 1 and Line 4, and an hourly train on the Gyeongui Line.

Thank you for watching! My wife Ying and I, along with her sisters decided to take a trip to Seoul, South Korea from Bangkok. We boarded the late night flight in Bangkok and landed bright and early first thing in the morning at Seoul Incheon International Airport. After grabbing our bags, we bought T-money cards for transportation, and then we caught the train metro from the airport to Seoul Station. It’s very easy to use and it’s pretty affordable too at just 3,250 Won ($2.73) per person for the ride. The train ride from Incheon airport to Seoul Station takes about one hour. ...

Check out my Seoul Travel Guide here► https://migrationology.com/travel-guides/seoul-korea/ On Day 3 in Seoul, we checked out Insadong, walked around Namdaemun Market, and at Korean BBQ. That was the first thing we ate for the day. 1:58 Lunch - For lunch we wandered back through the restaurants around the back alleys of Insadong, and it was a pretty hard decision to decide what to eat, but we finally settled in on a nice friendly little resta...
Historic Seoul Station was completed in 1925 and designed by Japanese architect Tsukamoto Yasushi and built in the same style as Tokyo Station. While the old station now only serves as a cultural museum, New Seoul Station has been continuously expanded to allow passengers to use multiple train lines. In fact, it's one of the busiest stations in Korea, boasting over 300,00 passengers daily on just the subway lines. Seoul Station serves Seoul Subway lines 1, 4, Geongui, and AREX lines. It also allows nationwide transport on Mugunghwa, Saemaeul, and KTX routs. There are also other commuter routes served. Seoul Station is adjoined by Lotte Outlet Mall and Lotte Mart. There are numerous restaurants and shops in and around the station. Over the past few years, KORAIL has completed some modific...
Today we got up super late, as we didn't have anything planned in particular for Seoul. Since we have such an early flight tomorrow, we decided to stay at a guest-house by Incheon Airport. This means we packed all our bags, and headed for the nearest major station, Seoul Station, to find a storage locker, and then move on with our day. I’m really only familiar with Japanese coin lockers, which will store your things for 24 hours. Turns out in South Korea, they store your things for only four hours, well at least the ones we used. This was a right pain, as it really tethered us to around Seoul Station. Anywhere you go in Seoul using the subway seems to take at least half an hour. The bit on the train itself might be very little, but once you've caught two escalators, gone through the turns...

An overpass at Seoul Station let pedestrians walk on it for the first time in 44 years since being built, for only 4 hours and for only 1 day! The event was to promote the overpass, which will be turned into an elevated park (similar to High Line Park in NYC) with trees and grass for the public to enjoy by the end of 2016. This will become another beautiful landmark in the middle of Seoul for everyone to enjoy! Come with my friend Chance, Marie and I for a walk around video to check out this special event!
