DDP can mean:
Doink the Clown is the name and persona originated by professional wrestler Matt Osborne in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) and used there from 1992 to 1996, and sporadically thereafter. After Osborne left the WWF in late 1993, the character was played by several wrestlers, both in the WWF (later WWE) and elsewhere. Osborne continued to sporadically perform as Doink until six months before his death in June 2013.
Former WWE producer Bruce Prichard said in an interview on The Steve Austin Show that Michael Hegstrand had originally conceived the idea of a miserable clown character.
After making appearances in late 1992 in the crowd and at ringside, playing tricks on the fans and wrestlers, the Doink character made his in-ring debut in the WWF in 1993, originally wrestling as a technically sound heel. Doink played cruel jokes on both fans and wrestlers in order to amuse himself and put them off guard. Some of his villainous pranks included tripping The Big Boss Man with a tripwire, dumping water on Marty Jannetty and attacking Crush with a loaded prosthetic arm. He clashed with Crush at WrestleMania IX, a match which he won after the appearance of an identical Doink (played by Steve Keirn) from underneath the ring. Doink also briefly feuded with Randy Savage on an early edition of Monday Night Raw, and Bret Hart, after substituting for Jerry Lawler, who faked an injury, at SummerSlam in 1993.
Kevin Scott Nash (born July 9, 1959) is an American semi-retired professional wrestler and actor, currently signed to WWE under their legends program. Nash has wrestled under several ring names, but is best known by his real name in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), and in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF), where he has also been billed as Diesel.
In 1994, Nash (as Diesel) won all three titles comprising the WWF Triple Crown, and at that year's Slammy Awards won the MVP (now Superstar of the Year) and (with Shawn Michaels) the Best Tag Team (now Tag Team of the Year) awards.
Between WWE, WCW, and TNA, Nash has won a total of 21 championships, including being a six-time world champion (a five-time WCW World Heavyweight Champion and one-time WWF World Heavyweight Champion), and a 12-time world tag team champion between the three promotions. Although he held the WWF World Heavyweight Championship only once, Nash is the longest-reigning titleholder of the 1990s, with a 358-day run. During his time in WCW, Nash also became the first wrestler to defeat Goldberg and in the process ended his undefeated streak of 173–0 at Starrcade in 1998.
Sam Roberts (born October 2, 1974) is a Canadian rock singer-songwriter, whose 2001 debut release, The Inhuman Condition, became one of the bestselling independent releases in Quebec and Canadian music history.
Born in Westmount, to South African immigrants who had arrived in Montreal three weeks earlier, Roberts grew up on Cedar Avenue in Pointe-Claire, where his family moved to when he was five years old. Roberts is an alumnus of St. Edmund Elementary School, Beaconsfield, Loyola High School, N.D.G. and John Abbott College, Ste. Anne de Bellevue and McGill University. Roberts' first band was William in 1993, then changed to Northstar in 1996. Although prominent in the local indie rock scene, the band never got a major record contract and broke up in 1999. Roberts' bandmate George Donoso went on with The Dears, leaving Roberts to struggle for several years.
Disbanding Northstar, Roberts recorded his homemade demo, Brother Down. In 2001, Roberts recorded and independently released the EP, The Inhuman Condition. It wasn't promoted much but following a record contract with MapleMusic Recordings, Roberts' two breakthrough singles, "Brother Down" (released in mid-2002) and "Don't Walk Away Eileen" (released in late 2002) were heavily promoted in the Canadian market.
Scott Carl Johnson Rechsteiner (born July 29, 1962) is an American professional wrestler, better known by his ring name, Scott Steiner. Steiner wrestled in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) alongside his older brother Rick as The Steiner Brothers and as a member of the New World Order (nWo). He also wrestled for Jim Crockett Promotions (JCP), the World Wrestling Federation/Entertainment (WWF/E), Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). Steiner has headlined numerous pay-per-view events throughout his career.
As a singles wrestler, Steiner is a one time WCW World Heavyweight Champion, a two time WCW United States Heavyweight Champion, a two time WCW World Television Champion. He also became the seventh Triple Crown Champion in WCW's history.
Steiner is also a successful tag team wrestler, as a twelve time World Tag Team Champion (seven times in World Championship Wrestling, twice in the World Wrestling Federation and twice in New Japan Pro Wrestling with Rick and once in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling with Booker T).
Tomorrow I will go to San Francisco
I bought the flight by accident last night
Later I´ll be dancing down in Rio
And Australia is on the other side
[Bridge]
I´m sick of this security I have with every step I ever
make
It´s like hell
Even if your words would fly like butterflies
I would not be afraid
´cause there´s nothing left to say
[Chorus]
Your commentary is not necessary
I made up my mind today
And noone can say
That it´s too far away
Coz I made up my mind today
and I´m sure
Many years have passed, they stole my longing
A trip around the world has been my dream
Behind the wall of silent hope, still waiting
That a princess in a golden cage is freed
[Bridge, Chorus]
I will taste the air on every continent
and maybe find a place to stay
I´ll think about your words when I see butterflies
and drink the best champagne
to your health
[1.strophe, Chorus(2x)]
