New York bombing suspect pleads not guilty

On Thursday, the suspect in the New York and New Jersey bombings, Ahmad Khan Rahimi, pleaded not guilty to state charges, including five counts of attempted murder of a police officer. Rahimi submitted the plea from his hospital bed, where he is recovering from gunshot wounds. He also faces a number of federal charges for the bombings.
