Photographer Leilani Rogers who captured these incredible moments, spoke with Kidspot about the slow and steady process of baby Harper’s first ever breast crawl.

" For Jessica and Don, that was the breast crawl. I had seen attempts at the breast crawl before. But it's a process that takes a lot of patience.' It may be instinctive, but the crawl can take quite a while.'
Jessica was extremely patient, waiting for baby Harper to find her way. Leilani added, "Many times moms jump in and help baby. But Jessica was very patient and allowed baby almost a full hour to find the breast on her own. The hospital staff was also respectful of her wishes, and were just amazing and patient with the whole process, waiting on baby to latch before performing any exams."
