Leftover Tip - Granola: Combine 2 cups of rolled oats with ground cinnamon, slivered almonds, dried fruits and a mixture of 40g melted butter and 1/4 cup honey. Scatter over a tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a 180C oven, turning every 3 mins, for 15 mins or until golden. Set aside to cool. Serve sprinkled over yoghurt.
