Point Break

Point Break is a 1991 American action crime thriller film directed by Kathryn Bigelow, starring Patrick Swayze, Keanu Reeves, Lori Petty and Gary Busey. The title refers to the surfing term point break, where a wave breaks as it hits a point of land jutting out from the coastline. Reeves stars as rookie FBI agent Johnny Utah, who is investigating a string of bank robberies possibly being committed by surfers. Johnny goes undercover to infiltrate the surfing community and develops a complex friendship with Bodhi (Swayze), the charismatic leader of a gang of surfers.

The film was a box office success upon its release, with an $83.5 million gross and a budget of $24 million.

Luke Bracey

Luke Bracey (born April 26, 1989) is an Australian actor, known for his role on Home and Away as Trey Palmer.

Bracey was born in Sydney, Australia. He appeared in the 2011 film Monte Carlo, and played Aaron on Dance Academy. Bracey played Cobra Commander in G.I. Joe: Retaliation (2013), replacing Joseph Gordon-Levitt from the first film, and starred in lead roles in the 2014 films The November Man and The Best of Me, the latter based on a novel of the same name by Nicholas Sparks. In 2015, he starred as FBI Agent Johnny Utah in Point Break, a remake of the 1991 film.

In March 2013, Bracey signed on for the male lead role in the ABC drama pilot Westside produced by McG and developed by Ilene Chaiken.

Teresa Palmer

Teresa Mary Palmer (born February 26, 1986) is an Australian actress and model who made her film debut in the suicide drama 2:37. Palmer was seen in The Grudge 2 in 2006, in December Boys and in the 2008 children's fantasy Bedtime Stories. She appeared in The Sorcerer's Apprentice in 2010 and her films in 2011 include her role as Number Six in the sci-fi film I Am Number Four and playing the love interest in Take Me Home Tonight. In 2013, she starred in the zombie love story, Warm Bodies and the romantic war film, Love and Honor. Édgar Ramírez

Édgar Filiberto Ramírez Arellano (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈeðɣar raˈmiɾes]; born 25 March 1977) is a Venezuelan actor. He played Carlos in the 2010 French-German biopic series Carlos, a role for which he won the César Award for Most Promising Actor at the César Awards 2011. He also played Larry, a CIA operative in Pakistan, in the film Zero Dark Thirty, and Paz, a CIA assassin, in The Bourne Ultimatum. Ramírez won at the 2012 ALMA Awards for Ares in Wrath of the Titans. He was nominated for a Golden Globe and Emmy Award in 2011 for his role in the movie Carlos.

Ramírez studied communications at the Andrés Bello Catholic University. He then worked in media and considered becoming a diplomat. When Iñárritu (a short film he had made with friends) was critically praised, he decided to pursue his performing hobby as a career.

Early life

Ramírez was born in San Cristóbal, Táchira, Venezuela, the son of Soday Arellano, an attorney, and Filiberto Ramírez, a military officer. He has a sister named Nataly. Most of his childhood was spent traveling in different countries, and as such, he speaks five languages fluently: Spanish, German, English, French, and Italian.

History

Founding

The company's name originates from the four founding Warner brothers (born Wonskolaser or Wonsal before Anglicization):Harry (born Hirsz), Albert (born Aaron), Sam (born Szmul), and Jack (Itzhak, or to some sources, Jacob). They emigrated as small children with their parents to Canada from Krasnosielc which was located in the part of Congress Poland that had been subjugated to the Russian Empire following the eighteenth-century Partitions of Poland near present-day Ostrołęka.
