Materials
- branch
- white spray paint (optional)
- florists’ foam block to fit
- small tin bucket
- sand
- ribbon
- coloured decorative eggs
- craft glue and paintbrush
How to make an Easter tree
If you want to colour the branch, spray it with the white paint and allow to completely dry.
Once dry, place it in the florists’ foam and then put this into the bucket, fill with sand and compact to hold the branch in place.
Measure the ribbon against one egg by wrapping the ribbon once around the length of the egg and then adding enough length that the egg can be tied to the branch, so it can swing free.
Cut the ribbon and then glue to the eggs.
Once the glue is dry, hang the eggs from the branch.
