Sound is an important medium of communication. But when this sound cross its limit then it creates pollution. When the sound of daily works of people, vehicles, and mechanic/ electronic instrument is unbearable then it effect badly on human health and environment. Headache, hearing loss, Bad temper, attention loss, insomnia and many others problem will be created for sound pollution. Sound pollution effect on kids and older more. Especially it’s very dangerous for heart patients. That’s why sound pollution is marked as a killer. The lack of proper management and planning of Urbanization, Industrialization and use of mechanic vehicles are the main cause of sound pollution increase. Government enforced sound pollution control rules 2006 for sound pollution control. The lack of awareness of the officials of various organizations related of sound pollution control rules 2006 application and implementation also a reason of increasing sound pollution. It is necessary to take two years long activities of effect of sound pollution through electronic media for create public awareness and to active every partner to implementation of sound pollution control rules 2006.
