"I believe that one remaining untested justice frontier is the political battleground in U.S. and European capitals. It is inside these essential capitals that pro-Israel lobbies have become comfortable operating with very little opposition from the other side.

"I am tired of losing when, I believe, we really do not have to lose. I fundamentally believe that the people of this world are good and want peace. I have spoken to Afghanis and Pakistanis, to Yemenis and to Somalis, Palestinians and Americans, and I find them to be peace-loving peoples."

"Late yesterday, the three-judge panel overseeing the California prison population cap issued a stinging rebuke to Jerry Brown’s foot dragging and showmanship. They didn’t buy his claim that everything is just fine in California and instead made their most pro-active ruling yet.""

The San Francisco Bay View exists to speak truth to power
Introduction

The San Francisco Bay View National Black Newspaper is an online newspaper, and former print newspaper, published in San Francisco, California. It covers events from a Black American perspective, with a focus on Black liberation and coverage of worldwide racial inequality and political repression. From its founding in 1976[1]until 2008, the paper's distribution in its print edition extended to the larger San Francisco Bay Area, California, the nation, and our international peace and justice community.

Thousands of copies of every bi-monthly print edition go to those incarcerated in America's vast prison gulag, the majority of whom are Black, Brown, and Native American.
