There are 9 Challenge Tombs in Rise of the Tomb Raider. This video shows all their locations and a speedrun walkthrough for each one of them. Solving all challenge tombs unlocks the "Tomb Raider" trophy / achievement. None of them are missable. You can go back everywhere after beating the story. Sometimes you need a story-related upgrade to enter the tomb. They can also be replayed via expeditions mode. Each tomb unlocks a unique skill. It is highly recommended you complete all of them as early as possible for the skills. The third tomb "Voice of God" offers the best bonus, it will automatically restore your full health when you are about to die.
