Conference #dariahTeach

Résumé
This conference is the closing event of the Erasmus+ project #dariahTeach (23-24 March 2017, Lausanne). It is an event joined to the DARIAH workshop Open Education (22-23 March 2017, Lausanne). Both are endorsed by ADHO, EADH, and Humanistica. #dariahTeach is developing open-source, high quality, multilingual teaching materials for the digital arts and humanities.

Presentation
This conference is the closing event of the Erasmus+ project #dariahTeach (23-24 March 2016, Lausanne). It is an event joined to the DARIAH workshop Open Education (22-23 March 2016, Lausanne). Both are endorsed by ADHO, EADH, and Humanistica. #dariahTeach is developing open-source, high quality, multilingual teaching materials for the digital arts and humanities. Starting in January 2015 and running through to June 2017, it is funded through an Erasmus + Strategic Partnership Grant (dariah.eu/teach).
Its goal is to strengthen alliances and foster innovative teaching and learning practices among members of the DARIAH network.
In its closing event, the #dariahTeach team invites all scholars working on open education and open resources to submit a paper or a demonstration abstract, by the 1st December 2016.
Submission guidelines
We welcome abstracts (300 words + references) for papers (15minutes) focused on:
- Challenges in open education and open resources
- Combining classroom teaching and online teaching
- Building DH bachelor’s and master’s degrees online
- Online resources and sustainability challenges
We welcome abstracts of 150 words for short demonstrations (5-7 minutes) of a project or a tool bringing new digital resources for education.
