Raymell Mourice "Ray" Rice (born January 22, 1987) is a professional American football running back who is currently a free agent. He played college football for Rutgers and was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the second round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He is ranked as the Ravens' second all-time leading rusher behind Jamal Lewis (7,801) with 6,180 yards, and is also second in rushing attempts (1,430) and rushing touchdowns (37), and third in combined touchdowns (43).
In March 2014, Rice was arrested and subsequently indicted for third-degree aggravated assault relating to an incident in which he punched his then-fiancée (now wife) in the face. The blow knocked her unconscious. The incident became a prominent controversy after TMZ released a video of the encounter, which led to an NFL policy change regarding how it handles domestic violence cases. Rice's contract was terminated by the Ravens in September 2014, following the release of an additional video of the incident. He was subsequently suspended indefinitely by the league, but was reinstated after he successfully appealed the decision in federal court.
Adrian Lewis Peterson (born March 21, 1985) is an American football running back for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Vikings seventh overall in the 2007 NFL Draft. He played college football at Oklahoma. Peterson set the NCAA freshman rushing record with 1,925 yards as a true freshman during the 2004 season. As a unanimous first-team All-American, he became the first freshman to finish as the runner-up in the Heisman Trophy balloting. Peterson finished his college football career as the Sooners' third all-time leading rusher.
Following his first pro season, in which he set an NFL record for most rushing yards in a single game (296), Peterson was named the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year. He was then awarded the MVP award for his performance in the Pro Bowl and became only the fifth player in NFL history to have more than 3,000 yards through his first two seasons. In 2010, he became the fifth fastest player to run for 5,000 yards, doing so in his 51st game.
A face can be up
A face can be down
A face can be as funny as the face of a clown
A face can show just how you feel inside
When your eyes open up
And your smile opens wide
Your eyes could be brown
Your eyes could be blue
But there's never ever any other face just like you
When you're sad or crying
And you don't know what to do--
Somebody's face can happen along
And smile the sunshine back into you
A face can show just how you feel inside
When your eyes open up
And your smile opens wide
Your eyes could be brown
(Or) Your eyes could be blue
But there's never ever any other face just like you
When you're sad or crying
And you don't know what to do--
Somebody's face can happen along
And smile the sunshine back into you
