Her latest film is Stephen Frears’ “Florence Foster Jenkins,” based on the inspiring true story of an eccentric New York heiress who dreamed of becoming an opera singer. “Florence Foster Jenkins,” which opens August 12, is just one of a number of hit films in which Ms. Streep has sung, including “Into the Woods,” for which she earned her 19th Oscar nomination, “Ricki and the Flash,” “Mama Mia,” “Prairie Home Companion” and “Silkwood,” among others. Here is another Tribute Video I edited in honor of Meryl Streep focusing on her delicious wit and comic timing, Along with her wonderful performances in Comedies in Film and TV, I included some hysterical moments I found from interviews, red carpet events, etc (Sorry the quality on a few clips aren't so great, they were the best resolution I could find). Hope you enjoy it! And feel free to SHARE IT!
Florence Foster Jenkins was a New York socialite who had dreams of becoming an opera singer -- but not the talent to match. She performed at Carnegie Hall and became famous for her lack of rhythm and pitch. Oscar winner Meryl Streep and Golden Globe-winning actor Hugh Grant join "CBS This Morning" to discuss their new movie, "Florence Foster Jenkins."
In her latest film the three-time Oscar-winner portrays a historical figure of dubious note: "Florence Foster Jenkins," an amateur soprano who gained popularity for her absolutely horrible voice - and her unbounded enthusiasm for sharing her "gift" with the world. Anthony Mason reports.

I was cheated by you and I think you know when
So I made up my mind, it must come to an end
Look at me now, will I ever learn?
I don't know how but I suddenly lose control
There's a fire within my soul
Just one look and I can hear a bell ring
One more look and I forget everything, o-o-o-oh
Mamma mia, here I go again
My my, how can I resist you?
Mamma mia, does it show again?
My my, just how much I've missed you
Yes, I've been brokenhearted
Blue since the day we parted
Why, why did I ever let you go?
Mamma mia, now I really know,
My my, I should not've let you go.
I was angry inside when I knew we were through
I can't count all the times I've cried over you
Look at me now, will I ever learn?
I don't know how but I suddenly lose control
There's a fire within my soul
Just one look and I can hear a bell ring
