Tom Clancy’s The Division- The Division PTS is live which means that patch 1.4 isn't far off. In getting into the PTS, I've been able to compile a complete list of all gear set changes, and a lot of the changes while surprise you. Many sets are getting the nerfs we expected, but a number are getting some really awesome buffs to bring them into the mix. Very exciting times ahead.

"Banshee" is a brand new PvP Gear Set that will be in 1.4 replacing BLIND! Although I think this set is very cool and is a step in the right direction, it's definetely not the best set to use.
