Morning is the period of time between midnight and noon or, more commonly, the interval between sunrise and noon. Morning precedes afternoon, evening, and night in the sequence of a day. Originally, the term referred to sunrise.
The name (which comes from the Middle English word morwening) was formed from the analogy of evening using the word "morn" (in Middle English morwen), and originally meant the coming of the sunrise as evening meant the beginning of the close of the day. The Middle English morwen dropped over time and became morwe, then eventually morrow, which properly means "morning", but was soon used to refer to the following day (i.e., "tomorrow"), as in other Germanic languages—English is unique in restricting the word to the newer usage. The Spanish word "mañana" has two meanings in English: "morning," and "tomorrow," along with the word "morgen" in Dutch and German which also means both "morning," and "tomorrow." Max Weber, (General Economic History, pp23) states that the English word "morning" and the German word "Morgen" both signify the size of land strip "which an ox could plow in a day without giving out". "Tagwerk" in German, and "a day's work" in English mean the same. A Good morning in this sense might mean a good day's plow.
Solitude is a state of seclusion or isolation, i.e., lack of contact with people. It may stem from bad relationships, loss of loved ones, deliberate choice, infectious disease, mental disorders, neurological disorders or circumstances of employment or situation (see castaway).
Short-term solitude is often valued as a time when one may work, think or rest without being disturbed. It may be desired for the sake of privacy.
A distinction has been made between solitude and loneliness. In this sense, these two words refer, respectively, to the joy and the pain of being alone.
Symptoms from complete isolation, called sensory deprivation, often include anxiety, sensory illusions, or even distortions of time and perception. However, this is the case when there is no stimulation of the sensory systems at all, and not only lack of contact with people. Thus, by having other things to keep one's mind busy, this is avoided.
Still, long-term solitude is often seen as undesirable, causing loneliness or reclusion resulting from inability to establish relationships. Furthermore, it might even lead to clinical depression. However, for some people, solitude is not depressing. Still others (e.g. monks) regard long-term solitude as a means of spiritual enlightenment. Indeed, marooned people have been left in solitude for years without any report of psychological symptoms afterwards.
Unknown or The Unknown may refer to:
Sir George Ivan "Van" Morrison, OBE (born 31 August 1945) is a British singer, songwriter and musician. He has received six Grammy Awards, the 1994 Brit Award for Outstanding Contribution to Music, and has been inducted into both the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame. In 2016 he was knighted for his musical achievements and his services to tourism and charitable causes in Northern Ireland.
Known as "Van the Man" to his fans, Morrison started his professional career when, as a teenager in the late 1950s, he played a variety of instruments including guitar, harmonica, keyboards and saxophone for various Irish showbands covering the popular hits of the day. He rose to prominence in the mid-1960s as the lead singer of the Northern Irish R&B band Them, with whom he recorded the garage band classic "Gloria". His solo career began under the pop-hit oriented guidance of Bert Berns with the release of the hit single "Brown Eyed Girl" in 1967. After Berns' death, Warner Bros. Records bought out his contract and allowed him three sessions to record Astral Weeks (1968). Even though this album would gradually garner high praise, it was initially a poor seller; Moondance (1970), however, established Morrison as a major artist, and he built on his reputation throughout the 1970s with a series of acclaimed albums and live performances. Morrison continues to record and tour, producing albums and live performances that sell well and are generally warmly received, sometimes collaborating with other artists, such as Georgie Fame and the Chieftains. In 2008 he performed Astral Weeks live for the first time since 1968.

Alan Watts Blues( Cloude Hidden) by Van Morrison. Lyrics:Well I'm taking some time with my quiet friend Well I'm takin' some time on my own. Well I'm makin' some plans for my getaway There'll be blue skies shining up above When I'm cloud hidden Cloud hidden Whereabouts unknown Well I've got to get out of the rat-race now I'm tired of the ways of mice and men And the empires all turning into rust again. Out of everything nothing remains the same That's why I'm cloud hidden Cloud hidden Whereabouts unknown Bridge Sittin' up on the mountain-top in my solitude Where the morning fog comes rollin' in Just might do me some good. Well I'm waiting in the clearing with my motor on Well it's time to get back to the town again Where the air is sweet and fresh in the countryside Well it won't be lon...

A piece about solitude, written in solitude. (side note: I repetitively called this a "spoken word" in the end but I meant to say slam poem..) Savannah Brown's Channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/savanamazing On Solitude I question dearly In attempt to deduce The unfortunate factuality That solitude is of disuse And maybe use is a faulty term As the state cannot simply Be leashed or worn But rather solitude Is a splendid companion One that tastefully adorns And please, as of now I beg for a hault Of the embryonic thoughts of irony Birthed by the fornication Of societal justifications And unadressed confusions Both very well Intrusions of preclusion Imprisoning acceptance Yet freeing delusion Such a task to run a jail cell Sedentary among synapses Confining those whom you ...

Solitude is not the absence of Love, but its complement. Solitude is not the absence of company, but the moment when our soul is free to speak to us and help us decide what to do with our life. Therefore, blessed are those who do not fear solitude, who are not afraid of their own company, who are not always desperately looking for something to do, something to amuse themselves with, something to judge. If you are never alone, you cannot know yourself. And if you do not know yourself, you will begin to fear the void.” ************************************************************************************************** Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act of 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purpose such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarsh...

Tytułowy utwór z naszej debiutanckiej EP'ki. Waking up this morning What can you see? All your desires are burning And all your needs You really know that feeling Like no one else When your hope is dying There is no chance The line age is blurring Their end is near Your king outgoing Without your will But you can still defeat them I tell you, you will see New dawn is coming So stand by me! Every moment Single daylight You must catch it Its simple to realize You should know you must realize That pain don't let you go So use it like a sword like a war cry To crush their souls They will try to break your heart They might be winning But you But you But you can go through Could you remember old good times When everything was alright? ~~~~~ Imagine a moment, where a young innocent and naive child lives through a day. From the moment he goes to bed, a new day prepares itself before he could even live it. Half way through the story, he dreams and flies in his own innocent vision after hearing the clock singing at 23min, he wakes up, and embarks on his unknown journey of day. ~~~~~ Combined with deep, ambient, indy tracks and a little bit of tech/electronic music with an orchestral end. It's smooth and chill with many contrasts that keeps it both relaxing, and, vibrant. Tracks are from Underworld, The Cinematic Orchestra, Teen Daze, Ryan Davis and Ghost in the Shell + many other creative artists! Last 2 are bonus. Enjoy ;) Subscribe to discover more music: http://www.mixcloud.com/alecleigh/ https://www.facebook.com/al...
