DR. Adian Husaini menyampaikan data-data tentang perlunya bangsa Indonesia punya kepastian hukum tentang masalah zina dan homoseksual.
"Kepastian hukum itu diperlukan agar berbagai pihak tidak semena-mena dan sangat leluasa dalam mempromosikan zina dan praktik homoseksual," kata Adian yang juga Ketua Program Doktor Pendidikan Islam Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor.
DR. Adian dalam presentasinya di Mahkamah Konstitusi Republik Indonesiai menyajikan slideshow fakta dan peristiwa yang cukup mengejutkan terkait fenomena LGBT di dalam dan luar negeri termasuk adanya usaha-usaha penafsiran ulang teks Agama yang sudah di luar jalur untuk 'melegalkan' perilaku tersebut di Indonesia.
Adian juga menyatakan mendukung JR yang dilakukan para pemohon, setidaknya ada perangkat hukum yang bisa menghambat penyebaran kampanye dan praktik legalisasi zina dan homoseksual.
“Sungguh perubahan pasal-pasal itu saat ini sudah sangat mendesak, meskipun belum mendekati ideal. Setidaknya, itu untuk mencegah kerusakan yang lebih besar lagi,” kata Adian.

Hidayatullah.com–Sidang lanjutan Judicial Review (Uji Materi) KUHP Pasal 284,285, dan 292 tentang perzinahan, perkosaan, dan pencabulan kembali berlangsung di Mahkamah Konstitusi, Jakarta Pusat, Selasa (26/07/2016).
AIiansi Cinta Keluarga Indonesia (AILA) sebagai pemohon menghadirkan para ahli. Diantaranya adalah Sosiolog, Prof. Musni Umar.
Wakil Rektor I Universitas Ibnu Chaldun ini menyatakan pengertian zina tidak hanya mereka yang sudah menikah atau kawin, sesuai pasal 284 KUHP. Kini saatnya menghapus frasa telah kawin. Sehingga definisi perzinahan menjadi diperluas bukan hanya bagi yang sudah menikah saja.
“Zina adalah siapa saja yang melakukan hubungan seksual dengan perempuan atau laki-laki lain tanpa ikatan pernikahan,” terangnya.
Musni mengungkap salah seorang mahasiswa perguruan tinggi di Semarang berinisial BD yang gemar melakukan hubungan seks di luar nikah. Bahkan dalam hitungan bulan, BD bisa melakukan hal tersebut sampai sepuluh kali. Baginya, seks sudah sebagai sebuah kebutuhan. Meski belum menikah.
“Salah satu persoalan besar yang dihadapi adalah rusaknya akhlaq bangsa dengan banyaknya perzinahan, perkosaaan, dan pencabulan di kalangan masyarakat. Seks bebas merajalela dan berdampak negative pada masyarakat, bahkan membahayakan. Bahkan ada istilah ‘cabe-cabean’ di sekitar kita,” jelasnya.
Penulis buku Meluruskan Arah Reformasi (2008) ini mengutip data penelitian tahun 2002 di Yogyakarta yang dilakukan Lembaga Studi Cinta dan Kemanusiaan serta Pusat Pelatihan Bisnis dan Humaniora mengemukakan hasil penelitiannya bahwa hampir 97,05% mahasiswa di Yogyakarta sudah hilang keperawanannya saat kuliah. Juga kasus yang hampir sama di Bandung, Jawa Barat dan di Semarang Jawa Tengah.
“Prilaku seks bebas yang terjadi di kalangan pelajar dan mahasiswa memang cukup memprihatinkan,” ujarnya.
Juga kasus pencabulan sesama jenis yang juga amat menggemparkan dan mencuat ke public setiap saat yang dinilai sangat mengerikan.

Menurutnya penyebabnya sangat banyak, salah satunya adalah bangsa Indonesia masih mempertahankan hukum warisan penjajah Belanda yang dinilai sudah ketinggalan zaman.
“Hukum Indonesia tetap mengamalkan hukum warisan penjajah yang memiliki budaya, agama, adat istiadat, dan segala hal yang sangat berbeda dengan hukum yang diyakini, dihayati, dan diamalkan oleh masyarakat kita. Maka ada anekdot atau kelakar, ‘hukum dibuat untuk dilanggar, tidak ditegakkan’,” ujarnya.
Untuk melindungi bangsa Indonesia, ia mendukung pemohon dan meminta kepada Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) Republik Indonesia memperluas makna dalam pasal perzinahan. Seperti perzinaan bebas, pemerkosaan dalam segala bentuknya, serta pencabulan sesama jenis, sesuai amanah pembukaan Undang-Undang.
Terutama tentang Pasal 248 KUHP, bahwa perbuatan zina adalah perbuatan persetubuhan antara laki-laki dan perempuan yang tidak disertai dengan ikatan pernikahan dan perkawinan.
“Dengan demikian, pengertian zina tidak hanya mereka yang sudah nikah atau kawin, sesuai Pasal 284 KUHP, tetapi siapa saja yang melakukan hubungan seksual dengan perempuan atau laki-laki lain tanpa melalui ikatan perkawinan atau akad nikah.”
Termasuk Pasal 285 KUHP tentang Perkosaan, bisa dialami oleh wanita atau laki-laki, sehingga sangat tepat jika diperluas maknanya yaitu wanita dan laki-laki. Dan Pasal 292 KUHP tentang Pencabulan yang bisa terjadi pada semua usia.
Musni mengajak untuk menggunakan momentum ini untuk perbaikan negeri ini.
Dalam agenda SIDANG PERKARA NOMOR 46/PUU-XIV/2016 PERIHAL Pengujian Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1946 tentang Peraturan Hukum Pidana atau Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana juncto Undang-Undang Nomor 73 Tahun 1958 terkait Pasal 284 ayat (1) sampai dengan ayat (5)] terhadap Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 dihadiri pihak Pemohon, Kuasa Hukum Pemohon, Ahli dari Pemohon dan pemerintah.

Akshay Kumar
Rajiv Hari Om Bhatia (born 9 September 1967), better known by his stage name Akshay Kumar, is an Indian actor, producer and martial artist who has appeared in over a hundred Hindi films. He has been nominated for Filmfare Awards several times, winning it two times. When he began his acting career in the 1990s, he primarily starred in action films and was known for his appearances in films of the "Khiladi series" as well as other action films such as Waqt Hamara Hai (1993), Mohra (1994), Elaan (1994), Suhaag (1994), Sapoot (1996), Jaanwar (1999).
Later, Kumar also gained fame for his drama, romance, action and comic roles. His performances in romance films like Yeh Dillagi (1994), Dhadkan (2000), Andaaz (2003) and Namastey London (2007), as well as drama films such as Waqt: The Race Against Time (2005). His comic performances in comedy films such as Hera Pheri (2000), Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2004), Garam Masala (2005), Bhagam Bhag (2006), Bhool Bhulaiyaa (2007), and Singh Is Kinng (2008) met with acclaim. In 2007, he starred in four consecutive commercially successful films. Kumar hit a rough patch since 2009 to 2011 but came back with two successes, Housefull 2 (2012) and Rowdy Rathore (2012) with both of them grossing over ₹1 billion (US$15 million). His other films like OMG (2012), Special 26 (2013), Holiday (2014), Gabbar is Back (2015) and Airlift (2016) were highly successful critically and commercially. In February 2013, many media outlets reported that the net box-office collection of Kumar's films had crossed ₹20 billion (US$290 million) and he was the first and the only Bollywood actor to do so.Box Office India listed Kumar as one of the most successful actors in the history of Indian Cinema. Having done so, he has established himself as a leading contemporary actor of Hindi cinema.

“Zina adalah siapa saja yang melakukan hubungan seksual dengan perempuan atau laki-laki lain tanpa ikatan pernikahan,” terangnya.
Musni mengungkap salah seorang mahasiswa perguruan tinggi di Semarang berinisial BD yang gemar melakukan hubungan seks di luar nikah. Bahkan dalam hitungan bulan, BD bisa melakukan hal tersebut sampai sepuluh kali. Baginya, seks sudah sebagai sebuah kebutuhan. Meski belum menikah.
“Salah satu persoalan besar yang dihadapi adalah rusaknya akhlaq bangsa dengan banyaknya perzinahan, perkosaaan, dan pencabulan di kalangan masyarakat. Seks bebas merajalela dan berdampak negative pada masyarakat, bahkan membahayakan. Bahkan ada istilah ‘cabe-cabean’ di sekitar kita,” jelasnya.
Penulis buku Meluruskan Arah Reformasi (2008) ini mengutip data penelitian tahun 2002 di Yogyakarta yang dilakukan Lembaga Studi Cinta dan Kemanusiaan serta Pusat Pelatihan Bisnis dan Humaniora mengemukakan hasil penelitiannya bahwa hampir 97,05% mahasiswa di Yogyakarta sudah hilang keperawanannya saat kuliah. Juga kasus yang hampir sama di Bandung, Jawa Barat dan di Semarang Jawa Tengah.
“Prilaku seks bebas yang terjadi di kalangan pelajar dan mahasiswa memang cukup memprihatinkan,” ujarnya.
Juga kasus pencabulan sesama jenis yang juga amat menggemparkan dan mencuat ke public setiap saat yang dinilai sangat mengerikan.
Psikiater: Stop Kampanye LGBT, Penyimpangannya Bisa Diobati
Menurutnya penyebabnya sangat banyak, salah satunya adalah bangsa Indonesia masih mempertahankan hukum warisan penjajah Belanda yang dinilai sudah ketinggalan zaman.
“Hukum Indonesia tetap mengamalkan hukum warisan penjajah yang memiliki budaya, agama, adat istiadat, dan segala hal yang sangat berbeda dengan hukum yang diyakini, dihayati, dan diamalkan oleh masyarakat kita. Maka ada anekdot atau kelakar, ‘hukum dibuat untuk dilanggar, tidak ditegakkan’,” ujarnya.
Untuk melindungi bangsa Indonesia, ia mendukung pemohon dan meminta kepada Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) Republik Indonesia memperluas makna dalam pasal perzinahan. Seperti perzinaan bebas, pemerkosaan dalam segala bentuknya, serta pencabulan sesama jenis, sesuai amanah pembukaan Undang-Undang.
Terutama tentang Pasal 248 KUHP, bahwa perbuatan zina adalah perbuatan persetubuhan antara laki-laki dan perempuan yang tidak disertai dengan ikatan pernikahan dan perkawinan.
“Dengan demikian, pengertian zina tidak hanya mereka yang sudah nikah atau kawin, sesuai Pasal 284 KUHP, tetapi siapa saja yang melakukan hubungan seksual dengan perempuan atau laki-laki lain tanpa melalui ikatan perkawinan atau akad nikah.”
Termasuk Pasal 285 KUHP tentang Perkosaan, bisa dialami oleh wanita atau laki-laki, sehingga sangat tepat jika diperluas maknanya yaitu wanita dan laki-laki. Dan Pasal 292 KUHP tentang Pencabulan yang bisa terjadi pada semua usia.
Musni mengajak untuk menggunakan momentum ini untuk perbaikan negeri ini.
Dalam agenda SIDANG PERKARA NOMOR 46/PUU-XIV/2016 PERIHAL Pengujian Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1946 tentang Peraturan Hukum Pidana atau Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana juncto Undang-Undang Nomor 73 Tahun 1958 terkait Pasal 284 ayat (1) sampai dengan ayat (5)] terhadap Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 dihadiri pihak Pemohon, Kuasa Hukum Pemohon, Ahli dari Pemohon dan pemerintah.

Penulis buku Meluruskan Arah Reformasi (2008) ini mengutip data penelitian tahun 2002 di Yogyakarta yang dilakukan Lembaga Studi Cinta dan Kemanusiaan serta Pusat Pelatihan Bisnis dan Humaniora mengemukakan hasil penelitiannya bahwa hampir 97,05% mahasiswa di Yogyakarta sudah hilang keperawanannya saat kuliah. Juga kasus yang hampir sama di Bandung, Jawa Barat dan di Semarang Jawa Tengah.
“Prilaku seks bebas yang terjadi di kalangan pelajar dan mahasiswa memang cukup memprihatinkan,” ujarnya.
Juga kasus pencabulan sesama jenis yang juga amat menggemparkan dan mencuat ke public setiap saat yang dinilai sangat mengerikan.

Menurutnya penyebabnya sangat banyak, salah satunya adalah bangsa Indonesia masih mempertahankan hukum warisan penjajah Belanda yang dinilai sudah ketinggalan zaman.
“Hukum Indonesia tetap mengamalkan hukum warisan penjajah yang memiliki budaya, agama, adat istiadat, dan segala hal yang sangat berbeda dengan hukum yang diyakini, dihayati, dan diamalkan oleh masyarakat kita. Maka ada anekdot atau kelakar, ‘hukum dibuat untuk dilanggar, tidak ditegakkan’,” ujarnya.
Untuk melindungi bangsa Indonesia, ia mendukung pemohon dan meminta kepada Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) Republik Indonesia memperluas makna dalam pasal perzinahan. Seperti perzinaan bebas, pemerkosaan dalam segala bentuknya, serta pencabulan sesama jenis, sesuai amanah pembukaan Undang-Undang.
Terutama tentang Pasal 248 KUHP, bahwa perbuatan zina adalah perbuatan persetubuhan antara laki-laki dan perempuan yang tidak disertai dengan ikatan pernikahan dan perkawinan.
“Dengan demikian, pengertian zina tidak hanya mereka yang sudah nikah atau kawin, sesuai Pasal 284 KUHP, tetapi siapa saja yang melakukan hubungan seksual dengan perempuan atau laki-laki lain tanpa melalui ikatan perkawinan atau akad nikah.”
Termasuk Pasal 285 KUHP tentang Perkosaan, bisa dialami oleh wanita atau laki-laki, sehingga sangat tepat jika diperluas maknanya yaitu wanita dan laki-laki. Dan Pasal 292 KUHP tentang Pencabulan yang bisa terjadi pada semua usia.
Musni mengajak untuk menggunakan momentum ini untuk perbaikan negeri ini.
Dalam agenda SIDANG PERKARA NOMOR 46/PUU-XIV/2016 PERIHAL Pengujian Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1946 tentang Peraturan Hukum Pidana atau Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana juncto Undang-Undang Nomor 73 Tahun 1958 terkait Pasal 284 ayat (1) sampai dengan ayat (5)] terhadap Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 dihadiri pihak Pemohon, Kuasa Hukum Pemohon, Ahli dari Pemohon dan pemerintah.
