Used to be great, now doesn't function Used to work great, it's a perfect app to browse their wide selection. When it worked. Tech couldn't help me so now I'm stuck using the mobile webpage. Though the issue for me seems to be isolated as anything to do with my account doesn't work still browse for items just can't buy, save or purchase I also miss out on all the mobile exclusives. Rate as a three cause still good app but can't rate higher due to my issue.

Ordered lots of things from here and I have had one disappointment I ordered computer desk chair that was not what expected it was not worth returning. No ShopRunner check-out The app is a great, it has everything a shopper needs from a simplified interface to a bug free app. One thing it doesn't have is using ShopRunner as a delivery method. So when i decide to buy something i will have to go the website anyway to purchase and checkout using my membership. That mean the app is useless so far for ShopRunner customer's(ShopRunner is a membership that get you 2 days free shipping and free return)

Issues with sorting and loading Tons of random issues with it not loading correctly. Freezing during checkout. Sorting by price incorrectly. Idk why newegg hasnt figured this out yet. Galaxy S6(Wiped many times) B&H has a better app.

Still don't support ZenFone 2 You can't see what your typing on it with the Zenphone 2 everything is rearranged all over again so you have to learn where everything is ALL over again... wish I could revert this update old one was much simpler. And didn't have bugs. I've contacted Newegg months ago and still haven't fixed the bug

Newegg Support - William Works great,..... when the servers aren't down. Your app works about 40% of the time. Very frustrating when I put together a list of parts I need and your app says that it cannot process the payment request at this time due to server error. This happens a lot and wastes valuable time. Sometimes I just order from a competitor to save time if I am not near a pc. You guys are losing money with the broken app.

Isaac Great but... I like this app a lot. I get to do my randoms pc builds when im at work lol. The issue with the app ( for me that is) is that the filter doesn't have enough options to really find what you're looking for. Unless you know the exact thing your searching for, its not helpful.

Useless If you try using this with a new card, and you have problems because the bank for said card isn't sure it's you. You have little valid recourse to contact newegg thru the app, or to follow the tiny link they send you if the order fails. Mobile chat didn't work, after waiting 10 minutes. I remember calling newegg and emailing them and getting issues solved immediately. Not on this app, after 30 minutes, I had to dig out a work laptop to complete the order with the same info. Mike Nice app, some missing features It's overall an ok app, I just like my shopping cart to sinc with the web version of the store and improve the billing system, there been some problems with it for me.

Need to fix bugs Its a great app other then this is a bug where if i try and check my purchase history that app doesn't show my history unless I select the year even though it was bought within 30 days and sometimes the transaction doesn't show up at all and I have to close and reopen the app to find my purchase history to track my package

Rella Used to work but Ever since I updated to marshmallow, it refuses to load anything and just keeps on loading and loading and loading compared to KitKat it worked perfectly.

Newegg Support - William AH-Mazing It's a great app for the go. Really helps when I'm out and about price checking to see if I'm getting a good deal. Hasn't burned me yet and keeps everything I do organized. Always delivers on time and sometimes early. Never had a problem yet.
Pages sometimes fail to display. This includes personal pages like order history. Item searches often fail to go through the first time. App feels unusable at times.

Really useful but... when I press the overview button, the app doesn't appear in the list. So I can't return to where I was (in the middle of a search, for example) nor can I completely exit the app.
Ok for on the go The app feels a little bit clunky and half thought out.
