Vega (α Lyr, α Lyrae, Alpha Lyrae) is the brightest star in the constellation Lyra, the fifth brightest star in the night sky and the second brightest star in the northern celestial hemisphere, after Arcturus. It is a relatively close star at only 25 light-years from Earth, and, together with Arcturus and Sirius, one of the most luminous stars in the Sun's neighborhood.
Vega has been extensively studied by astronomers, leading it to be termed "arguably the next most important star in the sky after the Sun." Vega was the northern pole star around 12,000 BCE and will be so again around the year 13,727 when the declination will be +86°14'. Vega was the first star other than the Sun to be photographed and the first to have its spectrum recorded. It was one of the first stars whose distance was estimated through parallax measurements. Vega has served as the baseline for calibrating the photometric brightness scale, and was one of the stars used to define the mean values for the UBV photometric system.
Action film is a film genre in which one or more heroes are thrust into a series of challenges that typically include physical feats, extended fight scenes, violence, and frantic chases. Action films tend to feature a resourceful character struggling against incredible odds, which include life-threatening situations, a villain, or a pursuit which generally concludes in victory for the hero.
Advancements in CGI have made it cheaper and easier to create action sequences and other visual effects that required the efforts of professional stunt crews in the past. However, reactions to action films containing significant amounts of CGI have been mixed as films that use computer animations to create unrealistic, highly unbelievable events are often met with criticism. While action has long been a recurring component in films, the "action film" genre began to develop in the 1970s along with the increase of stunts and special effects. The genre is closely associated with the thriller and adventure film genres, and it may also contain elements of spy fiction and espionage.

This is the very first video clip capturing my son, Geo's, walking. After his ordeal with spinal meningitis when he was a baby, this is truly a miracle for us. He took his first steps just a week or so, but didn't start fulling walking until now. He My sister Stela is also in the video. Enjoy! This was shot on a Canon Rebel T2i in 1080 HD 24p with only available light, which was natural light coming through the window. Lens was a 50mm f1.8 prime and I rack focused manually. And if you didn't notice, it was shot handheld, haha.

1 year old, Geo "Buddha" Vega, doing some impressive parkour / freerunning skills between two chairs at the doctor's office that were about a foot and a half apart. As you can hear in the video, I was impressed. My little mini ninja! Shot on my little Canon Vixia HF R100 that I just got in for shooting home video and behind the scenes footage of my projects. I compressed it down quite a bit to make it easier to upload so please excuse the quality level.
