Please do not fool around with this test. If you work a full-time job I have found, and my co workers have found the only way to pass it is to practically devote every second of your available time outside of work to studying for each exam. Most people need to study somewhere between 140 - 200 hours before taking the exam. This is no easy feat considering you have squeeze these study hours in on top of a full-time job and family obligations, etc. usually within five to seven weeks @_#
Despite the hard work and effort required obtaining my CPA license has propelled my career to new heights faster than I thought possible.

Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination
The Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination is the examination administered to people who wish to become U.S. Certified Public Accountants. The CPA Exam is used by the regulatory bodies of all fifty states plus the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Northern Mariana Islands.
The CPA Exam is developed, maintained and scored by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and administered at Prometric test centers in partnership with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).
History
Until the mid-1990s, the Uniform CPA Exam was 19.5 hours in duration and administered over two and one-half days. It consisted of four subject areas (sections) which were tested in five sittings: Auditing (3.5 hours); Business Law (3.5 hours); Accounting Theory (3.5 hours); and Accounting Practice (Part I & Part II; 4.5 hours each). Although Accounting Practice Parts I and II were given in separate sittings, the two scores were combined for grading purposes. The exam was administered twice per year: on the first consecutive Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in May and November of each year. Test takers were allowed to use only paper and pencil (no electronic calculators or computers of any kind were allowed at that time).

Test (assessment)
A test or examination (informally, exam) is an assessment intended to measure a test-taker's knowledge, skill, aptitude, physical fitness, or classification in many other topics (e.g., beliefs). A test may be administered verbally, on paper, on a computer, or in a confined area that requires a test taker to physically perform a set of skills. Tests vary in style, rigor and requirements. For example, in a closed book test, a test taker is often required to rely upon memory to respond to specific items whereas in an open book test, a test taker may use one or more supplementary tools such as a reference book or calculator when responding to an item. A test may be administered formally or informally. An example of an informal test would be a reading test administered by a parent to a child. An example of a formal test would be a final examination administered by a teacher in a classroom or an I.Q. test administered by a psychologist in a clinic. Formal testing often results in a grade or a test score. A test score may be interpreted with regards to a norm or criterion, or occasionally both. The norm may be established independently, or by statistical analysis of a large number of participants.

How to Pass CPA Exam Quickly [How to study for cpa exam] 12 Tricks to pass the CPA exam fast! (Part 1 of 3) This video is about how you can pass the CPA Exam while working full-time. Learn how I passed all four parts including the ethics exam in under 9 months. In this video I will share with you my best tip on how you can begin passing the CPA exam right now!

Please do not fool around with this test. If you work a full-time job I have found, and my co workers have found the only way to pass it is to practically devote every second of your available time outside of work to studying for each exam. Most people need to study somewhere between 140 - 200 hours before taking the exam. This is no easy feat considering you have squeeze these study hours in on top of a full-time job and family obligations, etc. usually within five to seven weeks @_#
Despite the hard work and effort required obtaining my CPA license has propelled my career to new heights faster than I thought possible.
