Daniel Scott Taylor (born 17 March 1993) is an English footballer who is currently playing for Spennymoor Town in the Northern League.
Born in Newcastle upon Tyne, Taylor joined the academy setup at Newcastle United in 2010 as a scholar. In the summer of 2011, he signed his first professional contract.
On 18 June 2012, he joined Football League One side Oldham Athletic on a one-year deal, after being recommended by Peter Beardsley. His professional debut for Oldham came on 18 August 2011, in a 2–0 defeat to Milton Keynes Dons, replacing Jordan Slew as a substitute. He scored his first goal for the club against Crewe Alexandra on Boxing Day 2012 after coming on as a substitute.
Taylor was released by the club at the end of the 2012-13 season, after only managing to make several substitute appearances during his time with the club.

Plot: The head of a brewery enlists his family and his bowling team to fight an extortion scheme developed by a local mobster to try to ruin the businessman and his family. The brewer's wife is a financial whiz, who helps beat the scheme. Jack O'Malley is the man's uncle, who offers brawn as well as brains to defeat the mobster and his henchmen.

Plot: When Captain Howland decides that his daughter Tess is getting a bit to old to continue to go to sea with him, they move into a small cottage on the coast of Maine, but not for long. A local millionaire, Frederick Garfield, lays a false claim to the property and has them evicted. Later, when Tess saves a young man about her age from drowning, she is a bit dismayed to learn that he is Garfield's son. But when her father is jailed on a false-accusation charge of murder, the younger Garfield comes to their aid and proves he his not a like-father like-son edition of his curmudgeon father.

Plot: In Paris, at her Godmother's place, Ethel Cartwright meets dashing Stephen Denby but she is reluctant to reciprocate her interest in her because he seems to be idle. Denby is actually a jewel smuggler and sells a $200,000 pearl necklace. Ethel notices her necklace is gone upon her arrival in New York and claims her insurance money. The insurance company inspector finds the behavior of Ethel's sister very peculiar and has her investigated by Taylor, a customs inspector. She soon reveals that she is the thief. Taylor tells Ethel he can forget the whole story if she helps him frame Denby. Ethel agrees and does it. As he is about to be taken to jail, Denby offers Taylor $30,000 to release him. Taylor accepts. Denby reveals himself a secret service agent in charge of catching a customs inspector who has been dealing illegally with smugglers for three years: Taylor. Ethel eventually marries Denby.
