Premier League star's son in hot water after making 'killer clown' threats that forced eight schools to evacuate

The teenage son of a Premier League star is facing expulsion from his private school after he was revealed as the ringleader of a so-called 'killer clown' social media page, according to reports.
He is allegedly behind the malicious social media account that posted threatening messages to other schools and has been suspended.
The threats were accompanied by pictures claiming 'clowns' would be waiting outside school gates.
Police were alerted following the social media post and eight schools were evacuated, according to The Sun.
Staff at his school are taking the matter very seriously and he could be facing expulsion.
The Killer clown craze which has been sweeping across the US with pranksters dressing as clowns to scare people has reached Britain and Ireland.
Three clowns wielding prop chainsaws entered the grounds of Newpark School in Blackrock without permission to hand out leaflets for a Halloween horror attraction last Friday.
The Nightmare Realm, which is being held in the city, said its promotional staff accidentally entered the Dublin school's campus after mistakenly believing it was a public space.
