August was a tough month. I was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation, a condition so common that it has a nickname (A-Fib). It means that things are going crazy in one of the two top chambers of my heart. Indeed, when I was hooked up to a monitor in the hospital, a lot of different numbers kept marching by on the screen. 62, 80, 82, 65, 90, 71 ... My heart was dancing the boogaloo, and the rest of me was paying for it ... Cue the thunder ... Right ... ....
