TTC SEX ROUTINE INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Pre-seed 15 mins before intercourse
2) Do NOT have an orgasm (acidic cervical fluid will kill the sperm)
3) Position: Doggy style (deepest penetration. Butt up, shoulders down as far as possible)
4) He ejaculates (the faster the better)
5) Stay in position while he becomes flaccid
6) He slowly pulls out (communicate, avoid any spillage)
7) Insert softcup
8) Clean up
9) Lay on back & prop your butt up with pillows
10) Multiple orgasms over 5-10 mins (contractions pull sperm up towards your uterus)
11) Lay in bed (1 hour from softcup insertion)
12) Remove softcup after 8 hours

Our TTC SEX Routine. What worked for us!
TTC SEX ROUTINE INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Pre-seed 15 mins before intercourse 2) Do NOT have an orgasm (acidic cervical fluid will kill the sperm) 3) Position: Doggy style (deepest penetration. Butt up, shoulders down as far as possible) 4) He ejaculates (the faster the better) 5) Stay in position while he becomes flaccid 6) He slowly pulls out (communicate, avoid any spillage) 7) Insert softcup 8) Clean up 9) Lay on back & prop your butt up with pillows 10) Multiple orgasms over 5-10 mins (contractions pull sperm up towards your uterus) 11) Lay in bed (1 hour from softcup insertion) 12) Remove softcup after 8 hours GOOD LUCK & BABY DUST!!!!!!
