Step # 1 -- Navigating to the Airplay Area
First of all you are going to have to have the program called AirServer installed on your PC. You can download this from "www.airserverapp.com". You need to use the multitouch gesture on your iPad to bring up the open programs menu. Use your finger to swipe to the right and you will see a series of options, one of which looks like an arrow pointing into a box, touch this.
Step # 2 -- Using Airplay and Mirroring
As you can see here it is already blue, indicating it is working and this is because we are using the program to create this screencast. When you touch it above you will see a tick next to the iPad option, but here you can see that it is broadcasting to our main computer. You can also see that the "Mirroring" option is set to "ON". This is what allows you to show the screen on the computer, so if you want this feature activated make sure it is set to this position. That is the simple process for learning how to use Airplay on iPad.

This is my review on the iPUSH OTA Miracast / Airplay HDMI Dongle
This kind of device is particular usefull if you dont have a smart tv with these built in functions.
It will allow us to connect to any HDMI port and stream content form our mobile phones, tablets and computers to our tv.
In terms of performance it actually plays great on mobile phones and tablets. Regarding PCs for low bit-rate files will play fine, but for high bit-rate files it will not gives a good experience at 1080p, still needs some improvements on that area.

In this tutorial you are going to learn how to set up AirPlay for Windows which will allow you to view your iPad screen on the PC.
Step # 1 -- Visiting the Air Server Website
First you are going to need to download the application on your PC. Visit the site "www.airserver.com" and click on the "Download" button at the top of the page. In this example we are going to choose to have a free trial so click the "Free" button. A pop up window will appear, you will need to enter your details and then click "Request Activation".
Step # 2 -- Downloading AirServer
Go to your email inbox and you need to open the email from "AirServer Support". Click the link in the email and in the new tab that opens click "Download Now" -- you can also see the activation code, copy this to the clipboard. AirServer will start to download and when it has finished click on the file. Click "Run" in the dialog box that appears.
Step # 3 -- Downloading DirectX
You might need to update your DirectX software so click "Yes". Click "Download" on the webpage that loads then click "No thanks and continue". DirectX will start to download -- this is quite a large update so it can take some time. When the download has finished click on it and click "Run" in the dialog box that appears. Click "Yes" and then select a destination where you want to place the extracted files, here we are just selecting the "Downloads" folder, then click "OK". Wait for the extraction to complete.
Step # 4 -- Installing DirectX
Now go to the folder where you extracted the files and locate the file "DXSETUP" and double click on it. Click "Yes" in the dialog box that appears then accept the user agreement and click "Next" twice. DirectX will begin to install and this can take some time. When the installation is complete click "Finish".
Step # 5 -- Activating AirServer
Now go back to the download folder and locate the AirServer file and double click on it. Click "Run" in the dialog box that appears. Click "Next" then agree to the terms and click "Next" three times. AirServer will begin to install, click "Yes" in the dialog box that appears. Click "Close" and AirServer will start to run. Enter you activation code in the window -- we copied this the clipboard earlier - and click "Activate". After a moment you will be informed that AirServer has been activated, click "Close".
Step # 6 -- Installing Bonjour Print Services
If a Windows security alert appears click "Allow Access". You will then be told that you need to download something called "Bonjour print service". Click "OK" in the dialog box. A webpage will load and you need to click "Download" in the top right of the page. A small file will download and when this has completed click on it and click "Run" in the dialog box that appears. Click "Next" then accept the terms of the agreement and click "Next" twice, then click "Install". Click "Yes" in the dialog box that appears. The print services program will begin to install, click "Yes" again in the dialog box again if one appears. Click "Finish" once the installer is done.
Step # 7 -- Broadcasting the Server Signal
Click on the AirServer icon in the start menu and click "OK" if there is an error dialog box. Click in the notifications area and on the AirServer icon, click "Settings" then "Rebroadcast" in the window that appears.
Step # 8 -- Broadcasting the iPad's Screen
Now you are going to need to go to your Apple device, here we are using an iPad, and bring up the application bar. Swipe to the left and touch the icon which is a square with an arrow pointing into it. From the option above touch the name of the computer you want to broadcast to -- touch the "Mirroring" switch to broadcast the iPad's screen to the computer. When you now go back to your computer you will see that the screen has appeared on the desktop and that is how to set up AirPlay for Windows.

Airplay
In radio broadcasting, airplay is how frequently a song is being played on radio stations. A song which is being played several times every day (spins) would have a large amount of airplay. Music which became very popular on jukeboxes, in nightclubs and at discotheques between the 1940s and 1960s would also have airplay.
For commercial broadcasting, airplay is usually the result of being placed into rotation, also called adding it to the station's playlist by the music director, possibly as the result of a Pay for Play sponsored by the record label. For student radio and other community radio or indie radio stations, it is often the selection by each disc jockey, usually at the suggestion of a music director.
Most countries have at least one radio airplay chart in existence, although larger countries such as Canada, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia,Japan, and Brazil have several, to cover different genres and areas of the country.
A song which was successful in the airplay charts but weak in sales was commonly known as a "turntable hit" when radio stations played only vinyl singles. Airplay can be a crucial element in securing a singer's 'hit', and alongside social networking websites it is an effective method that artists use to make their name known.

AirPort Express
The AirPort Express is a Wi-Fi base station product from Apple Inc., and is one of Apple's AirPort products. While more compact and in some ways simpler than another Apple Wi-Fi base station, the AirPort Extreme, the Express offers audio output capability the Extreme lacks. The AirPort Express was the first AirTunes (now called AirPlay) device to receive streamed audio from a computer running iTunes on the local network.
Description
When connected to an Ethernet network, the Express can function as a wireless access point. The current model allows up to 50 networked users. It can be used as an Ethernet-to-wireless bridge under certain wireless configurations. It can be used to extend the range of a network, or as a printer and audio server. The model introduced in June 2012 includes two Ethernet ports: one WAN and one LAN.
The original version (M9470LL/A, model A1084) was introduced by Apple on 7 June 2004, and included an analog–optical audio mini-jack output, a USB port for remote printing or charging the iPod (iPod shuffle only), and one Ethernet port. The main processor of the 802.11g AirPort Express is a Broadcom BCM4712KFB wireless networking chipset, which has a 200 MHz MIPS processor built in. The audio is handled by a Texas Instruments Burr-Brown PCM2705 16-bit digital-to-analog converter.

Step # 1 -- Visiting the Air Server Website First you are going to need to download the application on your PC. Visit the site "www.airserver.com" and click on the "Download" button at the top of the page. In this example we are going to choose to have a free trial so click the "Free" button. A pop up window will appear, you will need to enter your details and then click "Request Activation". Step # 2 -- Downloading AirServer Go to your email inbox and you need to open the email from "AirServer Support". Click the link in the email and in the new tab that opens click "Download Now" -- you can also see the activation code, copy this to the clipboard. AirServer will start to download and when it has finished click on the file. Click "Run" in the dialog box that appears. Step # 3 -- Downloading DirectX You might need to update your DirectX software so click "Yes". Click "Download" on the webpage that loads then click "No thanks and continue". DirectX will start to download -- this is quite a large update so it can take some time. When the download has finished click on it and click "Run" in the dialog box that appears. Click "Yes" and then select a destination where you want to place the extracted files, here we are just selecting the "Downloads" folder, then click "OK". Wait for the extraction to complete. Step # 4 -- Installing DirectX Now go to the folder where you extracted the files and locate the file "DXSETUP" and double click on it. Click "Yes" in the dialog box that appears then accept the user agreement and click "Next" twice. DirectX will begin to install and this can take some time. When the installation is complete click "Finish". Step # 5 -- Activating AirServer Now go back to the download folder and locate the AirServer file and double click on it. Click "Run" in the dialog box that appears. Click "Next" then agree to the terms and click "Next" three times. AirServer will begin to install, click "Yes" in the dialog box that appears. Click "Close" and AirServer will start to run. Enter you activation code in the window -- we copied this the clipboard earlier - and click "Activate". After a moment you will be informed that AirServer has been activated, click "Close". Step # 6 -- Installing Bonjour Print Services If a Windows security alert appears click "Allow Access". You will then be told that you need to download something called "Bonjour print service". Click "OK" in the dialog box. A webpage will load and you need to click "Download" in the top right of the page. A small file will download and when this has completed click on it and click "Run" in the dialog box that appears. Click "Next" then accept the terms of the agreement and click "Next" twice, then click "Install". Click "Yes" in the dialog box that appears. The print services program will begin to install, click "Yes" again in the dialog box again if one appears. Click "Finish" once the installer is done. Step # 7 -- Broadcasting the Server Signal Click on the AirServer icon in the start menu and click "OK" if there is an error dialog box. Click in the notifications area and on the AirServer icon, click "Settings" then "Rebroadcast" in the window that appears. Step # 8 -- Broadcasting the iPad's Screen Now you are going to need to go to your Apple device, here we are using an iPad, and bring up the application bar. Swipe to the left and touch the icon which is a square with an arrow pointing into it. From the option above touch the name of the computer you want to broadcast to -- touch the "Mirroring" switch to broadcast the iPad's screen to the computer. When you now go back to your computer you will see that the screen has appeared on the desktop and that is how to set up AirPlay for Windows. -

It will allow us to connect to any HDMI port and stream content form our mobile phones, tablets and computers to our tv. In terms of performance it actually plays great on mobile phones and tablets. Regarding PCs for low bit-rate files will play fine, but for high bit-rate files it will not gives a good experience at 1080p, still needs some improvements on that area. Hope you enjoy the video RJ

As you can see here it is already blue, indicating it is working and this is because we are using the program to create this screencast. When you touch it above you will see a tick next to the iPad option, but here you can see that it is broadcasting to our main computer. You can also see that the "Mirroring" option is set to "ON". This is what allows you to show the screen on the computer, so if you want this feature activated make sure it is set to this position. That is the simple process for learning how to use Airplay on iPad.

This kind of device is particular usefull if you dont have a smart tv with these built in functions.
It will allow us to connect to any HDMI port and stream content form our mobile phones, tablets and computers to our tv.
In terms of performance it actually plays great on mobile phones and tablets. Regarding PCs for low bit-rate files will play fine, but for high bit-rate files it will not gives a good experience at 1080p, still needs some improvements on that area.

4. Drahtlos von jedem Zimmer aus drucken:
Der AirPort Express hat auf der Rückseite einen USB Anschluss für einen Drucker. Einfach anschließen und sofort loslegen. Als hätte man einen Drucker in jedem Raum. Und weil der AirPort Express für alle da ist, für Mac und auch PC, können alle im Haus die Vorteile eines zentralen Druckers nutzen.
5. Kompatibel und sicher:
AirPort Express ist mit allen Geräten kompatibel, die die 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g und 802.11n Spezifikationen nutzen. Egal, welches Wi-Fi Gerät du verwendest – es funktioniert mit AirPort Express. AirPort Express kommt außerdem mit einer integrierten Firewall, die dein Netzwerk vor Angriffen aus dem Internet schützt. Die Firewall ist automatisch aktiviert. Du brauchst also nichts zu tun.
6. Gastnetzwerk einrichten:
Mit AirPort Express kannst du auch ein separates Wi-Fi Netzwerk mit eigenem Kennwort nur für Gäste einrichten. Durch Aktivieren der Funktion für Gastnetzwerke können Gäste auf das Internet, nicht aber auf andere Teile des primären Netzwerks zugreifen, z. B. auf deine Computer, Drucker und angeschlossene LAN-Festplatten.

1. Einfache WLAN Konfiguration mit iPhone, iPad oder Mac:

3. Musik mit AirPlay streamen:
AirPlay holt die Musik aus deiner iTunes Mediathek auf deinem Computer oder iOS Gerät und schickt sie drahtlos an jede Box im Haus (Audiokabel separat erhältlich). Spiel Musik aus iTunes über deine Lautsprecher ab – oder wenn du Lautsprecher an mehrere AirPort Express Basisstationen angeschlossen hast, auf allen gleichzeitig.
4. Drahtlos von jedem Zimmer aus drucken:
Der AirPort Express hat auf der Rückseite einen USB Anschluss für einen Drucker. Einfach anschließen und sofort loslegen. Als hätte man einen Drucker in jedem Raum. Und weil der AirPort Express für alle da ist, für Mac und auch PC, können alle im Haus die Vorteile eines zentralen Druckers nutzen.
5. Kompatibel und sicher:
AirPort Express ist mit allen Geräten kompatibel, die die 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g und 802.11n Spezifikationen nutzen. Egal, welches Wi-Fi Gerät du verwendest – es funktioniert mit AirPort Express. AirPort Express kommt außerdem mit einer integrierten Firewall, die dein Netzwerk vor Angriffen aus dem Internet schützt. Die Firewall ist automatisch aktiviert. Du brauchst also nichts zu tun.
6. Gastnetzwerk einrichten:
Mit AirPort Express kannst du auch ein separates Wi-Fi Netzwerk mit eigenem Kennwort nur für Gäste einrichten. Durch Aktivieren der Funktion für Gastnetzwerke können Gäste auf das Internet, nicht aber auf andere Teile des primären Netzwerks zugreifen, z. B. auf deine Computer, Drucker und angeschlossene LAN-Festplatten.

In this tutorial you are going to learn how to set up AirPlay for Windows which will allow you to view your iPad screen on the PC.
Step # 1 -- Visiting the Air Server Website
First you are going to need to download the application on your PC. Visit the site "www.airserver.com" and click on the "Download" button at the top of the page. In this example we are going to choose to have a free trial so click the "Free" button. A pop up window will appear, you will need to enter your details and then click "Request Activation".
Step # 2 -- Downloading AirServer
Go to your email inbox and you need to open the email from "AirServer Support". Click the link in the email and in the new tab that opens click "Download Now" -- you can also see the activation code, copy this to the clipboard. AirServer will start to download and when it has finished click on the file. Click "Run" in the dialog box that appears.
Step # 3 -- Downloading DirectX
You might need to update your DirectX software so click "Yes". Click "Download" on the webpage that loads then click "No thanks and continue". DirectX will start to download -- this is quite a large update so it can take some time. When the download has finished click on it and click "Run" in the dialog box that appears. Click "Yes" and then select a destination where you want to place the extracted files, here we are just selecting the "Downloads" folder, then click "OK". Wait for the extraction to complete.
Step # 4 -- Installing DirectX
Now go to the folder where you extracted the files and locate the file "DXSETUP" and double click on it. Click "Yes" in the dialog box that appears then accept the user agreement and click "Next" twice. DirectX will begin to install and this can take some time. When the installation is complete click "Finish".
Step # 5 -- Activating AirServer
Now go back to the download folder and locate the AirServer file and double click on it. Click "Run" in the dialog box that appears. Click "Next" then agree to the terms and click "Next" three times. AirServer will begin to install, click "Yes" in the dialog box that appears. Click "Close" and AirServer will start to run. Enter you activation code in the window -- we copied this the clipboard earlier - and click "Activate". After a moment you will be informed that AirServer has been activated, click "Close".
Step # 6 -- Installing Bonjour Print Services
If a Windows security alert appears click "Allow Access". You will then be told that you need to download something called "Bonjour print service". Click "OK" in the dialog box. A webpage will load and you need to click "Download" in the top right of the page. A small file will download and when this has completed click on it and click "Run" in the dialog box that appears. Click "Next" then accept the terms of the agreement and click "Next" twice, then click "Install". Click "Yes" in the dialog box that appears. The print services program will begin to install, click "Yes" again in the dialog box again if one appears. Click "Finish" once the installer is done.
Step # 7 -- Broadcasting the Server Signal
Click on the AirServer icon in the start menu and click "OK" if there is an error dialog box. Click in the notifications area and on the AirServer icon, click "Settings" then "Rebroadcast" in the window that appears.
Step # 8 -- Broadcasting the iPad's Screen
Now you are going to need to go to your Apple device, here we are using an iPad, and bring up the application bar. Swipe to the left and touch the icon which is a square with an arrow pointing into it. From the option above touch the name of the computer you want to broadcast to -- touch the "Mirroring" switch to broadcast the iPad's screen to the computer. When you now go back to your computer you will see that the screen has appeared on the desktop and that is how to set up AirPlay for Windows.
