Remix: Making Art and Commerce Thrive in the Hybrid Economy is Lawrence Lessig's fifth book. It is available as a free download under a Creative Commons license. It details a hypothesis about the societal effect of the Internet, and how this will affect production and consumption of popular culture.
In Remix Lawrence Lessig, a Harvard law professor and a respected voice in what he deems the "copyright wars", describes the disjuncture between the availability and relative simplicity of remix technologies and copyright law. Lessig insists that copyright law as it stands now is antiquated for digital media since every "time you use a creative work in a digital context, the technology is making a copy" (98). Thus, amateur use and appropriation of digital technology is under unprecedented control that previously extended only to professional use.
Lessig insists that knowledge and manipulation of multi-media technologies is the current generation's form of "literacy"- what reading and writing was to the previous. It is the vernacular of today. The children growing up in a world where these technologies permeate their daily life are unable to comprehend why "remixing" is illegal. Lessig insists that amateur appropriation in the digital age cannot be stopped but only 'criminalized'. Thus most corrosive outcome of this tension is that generations of children are growing up doing what they know is "illegal" and that notion has societal implications that extend far beyond copyright wars. The book is now available as a free download under one of the Creative Commons' licenses.

Fast5 (originally called Fastnet) is a variation of netball featuring shortened games and goals worth multiple points. The new format was announced by the International Federation of Netball Associations (IFNA) in 2008, and was primarily developed for a new international competition, the Fast5 Netball World Series. The rules were revamped for 2012, with the variation being renamed Fast5.
In 2008, the IFNA released the details of a new, faster format of netball, which eventually became known as "fastnet". The new format was developed for a new international netball competition, the World Netball Series. According to the IFNA, the new rules were ultimately designed to make games faster and more television-friendly, with the ultimate aim of raising the sport's profile and attracting more spectators and greater sponsorship. Previously, the new rules had been trialled by England junior and senior netball squads over a 12-month period. Some of the new rules were announced in December 2008, including six-minute playing quarters and power plays; others were announced in February 2009. The new format was quickly compared to Twenty20 cricket and rugby sevens.
Fast Five (alternatively known as Fast & Furious 5 or Fast & Furious 5: Rio Heist) is a 2011 American action film directed by Justin Lin and written by Chris Morgan. It is the fifth installment in The Fast and the Furious franchise. It was released first in Australia on April 20, 2011, and then in the United States on April 29, 2011. Fast Five follows Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel), Brian O'Conner (Paul Walker), and Mia Toretto (Jordana Brewster) as they plan a heist to steal $100 million from corrupt businessman Hernan Reyes (Joaquim de Almeida) while being pursued for arrest by U.S. Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) agent Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson).
When developing Fast Five, Universal Studios deliberately departed from the street racing theme prevalent in previous films in the series, to transform the franchise into a heist action series involving cars. By doing so, they hoped to attract wider audiences that might otherwise be put off by a heavy emphasis on cars and car culture. Fast Five is considered the transitional film in the series, featuring only one car race and giving more attention to action set pieces such as gun fights, brawls, and the heist of $100 million. The production mounted a comprehensive marketing campaign, marketing the film through social media, virtual games, cinema chains, automobile manufacturers, and at NASCAR races.
Suikoden IV (Japanese: 幻想水滸伝IV, Hepburn: Gensō Suikoden Fō, (listen) ) is a role-playing video game developed and published by Konami for the Sony PlayStation 2 video game console and is the fourth installment of the Suikoden video game series. It was released in August 2004 in Japan, and early 2005 in North America and Europe.
Suikoden IV takes place approximately 150 years before the events of the first Suikoden game, and relates the story of a young boy living on the island of Razril and the Rune of Punishment, one of the 27 True Runes. The Rune of Punishment governs both atonement and forgiveness, and is unusual in that it consumes the life of the bearer with use; once the previous bearer dies, it immediately jumps to someone nearby. Meanwhile, the Kooluk Empire seeks to expand into the nearby Island Nations.
Konami later produced Suikoden Tactics, a spinoff that serves as a direct prequel, side-story, and sequel to Suikoden IV.

I get the shivers when you talk to me,
But I like it,
It's so rediculous this fantasy,
So you fight it,
Forget the big romance,
Forget we had the chance,
You're gonna find me sitting out this dance,
Somebody better call an ambulance
Cause instead of you talking,
The shit you don't want it,
It's 3 in the morning,
Every day I know when,
But you're crazy in bed,
When you on me again,
And everyone's talking about you and me,
Can't you see?
Girl my imagination gets,
Better with every cigarette,
It's getting light outside,
So come and take a walk with me,
Girl my infatuation's got,
Desparate for this cigarette,
I'm getting butterflies,
So come and take a walk outside with me
They say it's all about the chemistry,
I don't buy it,
I'm out without my friends what's wrong with me,
This moaning I did,
I say I like your tan,
You say you understand,
That I was in a band,
But you never were a fan
And I like it that way,
At the end of the day,
If you got stuff to say,
Then you say it to me,
If there's something to hide,
Then you know you can't fight it,
But the time of your life,
I'm going down on my knees,
Can't you see?
Girl my imagination gets,
Better with every cigarette,
It's getting light outside,
So come and take a walk with me,
Girl my infatuation's got,
Desparate for this cigarette,
I'm getting butterflies,
So come and take a walk outside with me
With me.....
Cause i'm ready, ready, ready to rock ya,
Cause i'm ready, ready, ready to rock ya,
Cause i'm ready, ready, ready to rock ya,
Are you ready to rock me, are you ready to rock me?
Cause i'm ready, ready, ready to rock ya,
Cause i'm ready, ready, ready to rock ya,
Cause i'm ready, ready, ready to rock ya,
Are you ready to rock me, are you ready to rock me?
Girl my imagination gets,
Better with every cigarette,
It's getting light outside,
So come and take a walk with me,
Girl my infatuation's got,
Desparate for this cigarette,
I'm getting butterflies,
So come and take a walk outside with me
Cause i'm ready, ready, ready to rock ya,
Cause i'm ready, ready, ready to rock ya,
Cause i'm ready, ready, ready to rock ya,
Are you ready to rock me, are you ready to rock me?
Cause i'm ready, ready, ready to rock ya,
Cause i'm ready, ready, ready to rock ya,
Cause i'm ready, ready, ready to rock ya,
