Cory Bernardi, Lisa Singh were right on time for Malcolm Turnbull

On time: Liberal senator Cory Bernardi.

We owe an unreserved apology to Liberal senator for South Australia, Cory Bernardi. We could have questioned his subversive left-wing agenda, his pursuit of dangerous social engineering, but not his punctuality. Our co-columnist reported incorrectly on Friday (because we gave him the wrong info) that Bernardi had arrived late in the United Nations General Assembly for Malcolm Turnbull's address. Turns out he was there all along, even if our eyesight wasn't. So too was Labor senator Lisa "below the line" Singh, who also didn't miss a single one of the PM's split infinitives.
