France has become the first country in the world to ban disposable plastic cups and plates.
A new French law will require all disposable tableware to be made from 50% biologically-sourced materials that can be composted at home by January of 2020. That number will rise to 60% by January of 2025.
The measure is an addition to France's "Energy Transition for Green Growth Act," a wide-reaching law adopted last year with the aim of mitigating the impact of climate change. France hopes to become a world leader in environmental and energy solutions, catalyzed by the COP21 Climate Change conference held in Paris last December. Scientists estimate that around eight million tons of plastic waste ended up in the world's oceans in 2010, with warnings that this amount could increase tenfold unless international waste management is improved. Bangladesh became the first nation to ban the bags in 2002, after they blocked up drainage systems during flooding. Countries including South Africa, Kenya, China, Rwanda and Mexico have followed suit, along with certain states of the US.

Little Mix is a girl band, not so unlike the Spice Girls that makes pretty decent music. I would literally listen to this if it came on the radio just because... it's not at all bad... I was pleasantly surprised. As for why they are hated? Gosh, it's mostly just the typical angry "I'm not them, and their success isn't something I appreciate, so rawr" rants.
A lot of people seem to have a particular problem with Blond Spice (lol) and have ranted a bit about her online... whatever. As for Freelee The Banana Girl, well, she's a Vegan, so... you know, that already puts her in a bad place with a lot of people who don't like being told their diet is wrong. On top of that, she also makes controversial videos, ones that sometimes step on other people's toes... but look at her, she got people's attention, she's getting her pro-health message out and?
Just a bunch of successful women with a bunch of angry people soaking them up.

France has become the first country in the world to ban disposable plastic cups and plates. A new French law will require all disposable tableware to be made from 50% biologically-sourced materials that can be composted at home by January of 2020. That number will rise to 60% by January of 2025. Why Do People Hate Little Mix and Freelee? (The Banana Girl)
Little Mix is a girl band, not so unlike the Spice Girls that makes pretty decent music. I would literally listen to this if it came on the radio just because... it's not at all bad... I was pleasantly surprised. As for why they are hated? Gosh, it's mostly just the typical angry "I'm not them, and their success isn't something I appreciate, so rawr" rants. Little Mix is a girl band, not so unlike the Spice Girls that makes pretty decent music. I would literally listen to this if it came on the radio just because... it's not at all bad... I was pleasantly surprised. As for why they are hated? Gosh, it's mostly just the typical angry "I'm not them, and their success isn't something I appreciate, so rawr" rants.
A lot of people seem to have a particular problem with Blond Spice (lol) and have ranted a bit about her online... whatever. As for Freelee The Banana Girl, well, she's a Vegan, so... you know, that already puts her in a bad place with a lot of people who don't like being told their diet is wrong. On top of that, she also makes controversial videos, ones that sometimes step on other people's toes... but look at her, she got people's attention, she's getting her pro-health message out and?
Just a bunch of successful women with a bunch of angry people soaking them up.

Nick Clark, the presenter of earthrise, embarks on a global journey to understand the consequences of increasing temperatures. He begins in the Pacific island nation of Kiribati. It is one of dozens of small, low-lying nations at risk of being totally submerged if sea levels continue to rise due to global warming. He speaks to the President of Kiribati, Anote Tong, who believes climate change is the biggest moral challenge for humanity.
In the US, James Hansen, the famous climatologist and former NASA scientist, tells Nick about his quest to sue the US government for not taking the steps that are needed to keep warming below 2C.
In the Swiss Alps, Yeb Sano, the former negotiator for the Philippines government, is leading a 1,500 kilometre pilgrimage - a long and gruelling march - from Rome to the climate summit in Paris to campaign for greater international action on reducing global emissions. We just recorded a new Thanks To Soulwax visual-audio mix which includes new visuals from Soulwax/2manydjs’ “Moskow Diskow” and “Alors on Danse” mashup, as you can see it from the beginning of this mix, we heard and watched the visual of this mashup for the first time and shortly we decided to recreate and play it in Thanks To Soulwax, Vol.5, visuals like “Donnie” and “House Nation” are retrieved from Soulwax’s “Jack In The Box” video which is an awesome Chicago House mix and thanks to the video, we could complete this mix, we dedicate all other mixes we’ve done to Soulwax/2manydjs as big fans of them, this video is about an hour long and we do not have the rights of those tracks and artworks we used in this visual mix, hope you enjoy this audio-visual mix and please don’t forget to subscribe.
