The time has come for us to begin The Worlds Longest Motorcycle Demo Ride, riding from coast to coast across Canada, down through the northern states to Sturgis 75th Rally. Thanks to Cycle Works Motorsports of Alberta for giving us these 2 Iconic American Made Motorcycles. Troy is riding the Indian Chieftain and Ang is riding the Victory Magnum! We left Cycle Works Calgary on June 12 ,2015, with many family and friends riding with us, we stopped at Cycle Works Red Deer before getting to Edmonton. Weather did not stop us as we rode through rain, wind, sleet and even hail. June 13, 2015 we met up at Cycle Works Edmonton, we were greeted with big smiles and huge support from the folks and customers of the dealership. It rained on us most of the day, that didn't dampen our spirits as all 13 of us were happy not to be a work. Kamloops was our 2nd night stay, with our 3rd day giving us blue skies and sunshine all the way to Victoria BC. We rolled our tires into the Pacific Ocean, stopped by Mile 0 and return to our hotel room for an evening of celebration!! Leaving Victoria BC we made our way to beautiful Kelowna BC, where we met up with 3 other friends and exchanged more stories and laughs. On the home stretch we left Kelowna in hot temperatures, putting the bikes to the heat test and ourselves! A day at home to do laundry, do video & blog post then back at it June 18th where we will make it to Moose Jaw SK. Stopping in Regina the next morning at All Sports Dealership! We will ride through the prairies to Winnipeg MB, stopping at Headingley Sports before bunkering in with a family member for the night. Next stops are Thunder Bay, Sault Ste. Cruise control is mastered and he is loving the automatic lowering/raising of the windshield. The low end Torque of this beast is what Troy loves the best! Ang got the stock windshield installed and cut to her liking, through the last few day of wind, rain, snow and hail, it was an added bonus to have it at the right height! Ang has fallen in love with the power, the torque and the ease of riding the Magnum.
