As you may or may not know, my GSR had a collision repair many years back. Since that time I've had to do several repairs that were a result of damage from the collision, or work that wasn't done when it was repaired initially.
I'm not saying all body shops are bad, or even that the one that did this work was bad. I feel the problem is a lot more complex than that. However, I would argue that there is a reasonable expectation that the vehicle will be put back in as good a condition as possible during a body shop repair. Unfortunately in my experience, that isn't always the case.
I welcome your input on this one.

THE TOOL
The UNIBURR simplifies the repair process, potentially fictionalizing repair time, as well as bypassing the need to replace expensive or hard to find hardware while keeping safety at a previously unattainable level.
The Difference
This tool does not chatter.
This tool does not over heat the work piece.
This tool does not over heat or spark.
Threads are sheared off, not folded over as happens with a grinder.
This tool is the only external chamfer device that holds a patent for hand power drill use.
The difference between this tool and any other method is time saved. And time is money.

Hello Guys and gals who are interested in learning how to plaster or stucco your own bad patches on your beautiful home, now, by simply watching and paying a tiny bit of attention you can and will save cash, create a sense of euphoria and sleep well knowing yeah mon no problemo you did it yourself.
This video we show how we fixed this cracking plaster ceiling. Some areas had to be removed and patched before skim coating the entire area and then applying this awesome texture. To do the texture we used a heavy roller over the skim coat and then knocked it down with a trowel.

Maintenance, repair, and operations
Maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) or maintenance, repair, and overhaul involves fixing any sort of mechanical, plumbing or electrical device should it become out of order or broken (known as repair, unscheduled, or casualty maintenance). It also includes performing routine actions which keep the device in working order (known as scheduled maintenance) or prevent trouble from arising (preventive maintenance). MRO may be defined as, "All actions which have the objective of retaining or restoring an item in or to a state in which it can perform its required function. The actions include the combination of all technical and corresponding administrative, managerial, and supervision actions."
MRO operations can be categorised by whether the product remains the property of the customer, i.e. a service is being offered, or whether the product is bought by the reprocessing organisation and sold to any customer wishing to make the purchase (Guadette, 2002). In the former case it may be a backshop operation within a larger organization or smaller operation.

As you may or may not know, my GSR had a collision repair many years back. As you may or may not know, my GSR had a collision repair many years back. Since that time I've had to do several repairs that were a result of damage from the collision, or work that wasn't done when it was repaired initially.
I'm not saying all body shops are bad, or even that the one that did this work was bad. I feel the problem is a lot more complex than that. However, I would argue that there is a reasonable expectation that the vehicle will be put back in as good a condition as possible during a body shop repair. Unfortunately in my experience, that isn't always the case.
I welcome your input on this one.

Hello Guys and gals who are interested in learning how to plaster or stucco your own bad patches on your beautiful home, now, by simply watching and paying a tiny bit of attention you can and will save cash, create a sense of euphoria and sleep well knowing yeah mon no problemo you did it yourself.
This video we show how we fixed this cracking plaster ceiling. Some areas had to be removed and patched before skim coating the entire area and then applying this awesome texture. To do the texture we used a heavy roller over the skim coat and then knocked it down with a trowel.

The first part of the video covers my first attempt at de-yellowing using H2O2 (I might upload an update once I have another go at finishing it off). The second part of the video covers some experimentation with spares boards, and 3 repairs. Repairs for Herb Blair Part 1
Herb asked for my assistance in repairing some parts that were broken on his lathe recently. Part 1 will consist of the repair of one of them, a bushing with an internal hex that was cracked into two pieces. I show machining a fixture to hold it for welding and machining. We also use TIG welding with silicon bronze filler rod for the welding repair. In part 2 we'll also weld the broken casting that the bushing goes into so stay on the lookout for that. Adam

A quite long video covering a load of stuff related to the SNES. The first part of the video covers my first attempt at de-yellowing using H2O2 (I might upload an update once I have another go at finishing it off). The second part of the video covers some experimentation with spares boards, and 3 repairs. Also covered is the mod required to allow Japanese controllers to work with a PAL system, and an LED change. I may also do a follow up if I can pluck up the courage to fit some QFP sockets so my spares board(s).

Part 1 will consist of the repair of one of them, a bushing with an internal hex that was cracked into two pieces. I show machining a fixture to hold it for welding and machining. We also use TIG welding with silicon bronze filler rod for the welding repair.
In part 2 we'll also weld the broken casting that the bushing goes into so stay on the lookout for that.
