NGC 93

NGC 93 (PGC 1412) is an interacting spiral galaxy located in Andromeda constellation. The galaxy is 100 thousand light-years across and was discovered by R. J. Mitchell in 1854.[1] The galaxy is currently interacting with NGC 90, a nearby large spiral galaxy.

NGC 90 (top center) and NGC 93 to the immediate right from the Mount Lemmon SkyCenter using the 0.8m Schulman Telescope. Lenticular galaxy NGC 83 can be seen middle left with interacting lenticular or spiral NGC 85 and companion spiral IC 1546 below.
