A 60's preteen garage gang from Las Vegas doin' an incredible version of Love's "Message to pretty"!!
Mike Lyman was 12 and Steve Harvey was 10 when they first met up and started playing in Mike's garage.They found players Mike Friedman, and Glen Cooper, they taught Glen's cousin Howie, to play harmonica. Mike Lyman wrote I Need You when he was 14. It was recorded in 1967 under Emanon Label which was recorded at The United Recording Studio on Industrial Road.Phil Waddell started managing them and the record was released.They played at several venues in town and the Troubador in LA

X&Y
X&Y is the third studio album by British alternative rock band Coldplay, released 6 June 2005 in the United Kingdom via the record label Parlophone. The album, which features influences of electronic music, was produced by the band and British record producer Danton Supple. Development of the album was often troubled; the album's original producer, British record producer Ken Nelson, was supposed to produce much of the album, however, many songs written during their sessions were ditched due to the band's dissatisfaction. The album's cover art is a combination of colours and blocks, which is a representation of the Baudot code.
The album contains twelve tracks and an additional hidden track, "Til Kingdom Come". It is omitted from the track listing on the album sleeve, but listed as "+" on the disc label and inside the album booklet. It was originally planned for American singer-songwriter Johnny Cash to record it with lead singer Chris Martin, but Cash died before he was able to do so. The song "Talk" appeared on the main track listing, although it was thought to have been downgraded to a B-side for the album's subsequent single releases, after it leaked online in early 2005.

Love
Love is a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes that ranges from interpersonal affection ("I love my mother") to pleasure ("I loved that meal"). Holy crap I relate too much to this girl XD So Audilis messaged me about their demo a few weeks back and since then they have opened up their kickstarter for their otome game, Love Ia A Game, and the concept of it is pretty interesting. What if the characters from the game you were playing came into real life?
I really love the concept and the artwork. This is totally my kind of game. As a fan of otome/dating sims, I usually don't like the stories because they are either too forced, the MC is weak, too sexual (I have no problems with smut it's just if that's all that is I don't like it), and the love interest is too stereotypical.
So far with this game it seems to not to any of these things so I know I will enjoy this game whenever it comes out. Right now I'm totally digging Faust and Enzo XD Give me all the brooding tsundere characters and I'll love them forever haha

Relax as I ink a fountain pen and sign a few Christmas cards. As I do, I'll fill you in on some friendly advice I gave to a subscriber that was trying to cope with depression.

The subscriber messaged me, asking for my perspective concerning love loss. At the time of their message to me, the subscriber was pretty bummed out over a failed marriage and was having a tough time dealing with it. Although I'm not a trained professional counselor, I do have a few years of life experience under my belt and hopefully something I offered in my reply was of help. Of course when it comes to advice, one size does not fit all, but my suggestion is age-old, tried and true.
The advice given in this video is merely "friendly advice" and should not be construed as professional advice. For severe depression, always seek trained, professional, medical help.

Recently, after this video was posted, I've heard back from the person that originally asked for my advice concerning love-loss. I'm happy to report that things have improved quite a bit for this person, but I'm not surprised. They took to heart my message that pain is part of life, and accepting that the world doesn't revolve oneself, and that our own positive interactions with other people does not only help make someone else's life a bit more bearable, it has the type of healing affect on our own heart that can't be duplicated simply by the passage of time. With the sender's permission, below is an excerpt from their most recent message to me:
"Since we last spoke things have improved. I read your emails over several times and realized that it was exactly what I needed to hear. Indeed I was too wrapped up in my own life and over the summer slowly came to realize that suffering is, unfortunately, a part of life and rather than spending my life getting over past suffering and waiting until the next one, I began to live like as it was intended: live today like it is your last day. Now I am not suggesting I went crazy and spent myself into debt or did things I normally wouldn't do but instead felt like I was living my life instead of trying to surviving it.
I feel like since June I have become more emphatic. I've become more cognizant of what others are going through and I have committed myself to try to do at least one nice thing to someone a day. It turns out it is very hard to do JUST one nice thing a day as I feel like I am doing more and more each day. You are 100% correct that by helping others you are indeed helping yourself."
