Man in serious condition after being shot and dumped outside a property in Cranbourne

A MAN is in a serious condition after he was shot and then dumped outside property in Melbourne’s southeast.

The man in his 30s suffered a gunshot wound to his left leg and police believe he was dropped out of a car on Lurline St, Cranbourne around 6.30pm on Saturday.

An Ambulance Victoria spokesman said the man was taken to the Alfred Hospital in a serious but stable condition after he was treated at the scene.

An area on Lurline St has been cordoned off as police continue to investigate.
