Red Cliff or Red Cliffs may refer to:

Heroes of Three Kingdoms

Heroes of Three Kingdoms (simplified Chinese: 赤壁Online; traditional Chinese: 決戰！真三國) (also known as Chi Bi or Red Cliff in China, and Legend of 3 Kingdoms in Indonesia) is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game set in ancient China during the fall of the Han Dynasty. The game, developed by Perfect World, offers free-to-play, no subscription-based game play, and officially entered Open Beta status on October 16, 2009. The North American version, entitled Heroes of Three Kingdoms, was announced on April 12, 2010 by Perfect World Entertainment, the US subsidiary of Perfect World Co. Heroes of Three Kingdoms entered Closed Beta on July 13, 2010. Open Beta for Heroes of Three Kingdoms began on July 27, 2010.

The closure of the North American version of the game was announced on September 29, 2011. The game closed on November 1, 2011, and the forums and website were removed at the same time. Cubizone no longer includes Chi Bi in its game list.

Plot

The story of the game is based on the well-known time period of China, the Three Kingdoms. During this era, the country is in the midst of a civil war. Among the groups fighting, three leaders stand out: Cao Cao of Wei, Liu Bei of Shu, and Sun Quan of Wu. In this game, players can choose to join any of the three warring factions (Wei, Shu, or Wu).

Red Cliff (Shin-Sen)

"Red Cliff (Shin-Sen)" (Red Cliff ～心・戦～, lit. "Heart・War") is a song by Chinese singer Alan, from her debut Japanese-language studio album Voice of Earth (2009). Written by Gorō Matsui and composed by Taro Iwashiro, it was used as the theme song for the Chinese epic film Red Cliff. "Red Cliff (Shin-Sen)" is Alan's fourth single in the theme of traditional elements; representing fire in the Japanese Godai and Tibetan Bön. The single released on October 15, 2008, and peaked at number twenty-three on the Oricon charts.

The song is a Japanese version of "Xin·Zhan (Red Cliff)" from Alan's Mandarin-language EP Xin Zhan: Red Cliff (2008). A slightly longer end roll version was included on the Red Cliff original soundtrack album released in Japan. A modern rock version of the song was used to promote the PlayStation 2 video game Dynasty Warriors 6: Special Edition, which later appeared as a bonus track on Voice of Earth, when the album was pre-ordered from Tower Records.
