    A. 'Off to the Vet' was completed in 2015. It is currently being submitted to film festivals and only available to our Indiegogo Funders via our Private Production blog.     Q. What software do you use?
    A. Simon's Cat is made using Adobe Flash / TV Paint animation software.

    Q. Why does it take so long to make each Simon's Cat film?
    A. Even though the films are made on computer software, they are still hand-animated in a traditional manner, frame to frame. It usually takes between 12 and 25 drawings to create 1 second of a Simon's Cat film.

    In 2014 we ran a crowdfunding campaign to raise the money needed to create - 'Off to the Vet', the first 12 minute Simon's Cat film in full colour. The campaign was successful after 7,500 fantastic funders generously contributed. Here is a collection of films that look at what went in to developing the story, along with the accompanying book.

    'Off to the Vet' is now complete and currently only available to our funders via a private production blog. The film is being submitted to international film festivals so look out for news and updates soon! We plan on releasing the film publicly in 2016.
