If the workers in the photograph are EU citizens from outside the UK, currently living and working here, one of the demands the whole labour movement should be making and uniting around is that their rights are not reduced as a result of the referendum.
(Or instead, some of those who don’t like the result can carry on wringing their hands and accusing everyone who voted leave of being racists and blaming Jeremy Corbyn).
If they are British citizens or from outside the EU, their position in this country will be no better or worse as a result of the vote in the referendum to what it was before.
