It looks like spring won't appear again until Tuesday with a severe weather warning issued for the South West with rain and plenty of thunderstorms closing in on Perth this weekend.
Foul weather has ruined weekend plans down south, with organisers of the Dardanup Bull and Barrell Festival cancelling the annual event due to wild weather and concerns for public safety.

Sunny midweek but wet for weekend
The sun may of been out earlier this week but don't put away the umbrella just yet.
"The stalls coordinator will be in contact with stall holders regarding refunds," the event's Facebook page said, with several photographs of the grounds showing heavy weather already setting in.
"Please know that this decision was not taken lightly and we would like to thank all our volunteers, sponsors and supporters. We will be back next year - bigger and better than ever."
But what's coming Perth's way here and now looks to be quite big too, with the Bureau of Meteorology's Neil Bennett warning of strong winds, a 95 percent chance of rain and possible thunder storms for Saturday, with the worst of the weather hitting in the morning and early afternoon.
Update, 11am Saturday: Dangerous weather forecast for the Gascoyne, Goldfields and Great Southern regions.
The Department of Fire and Emergency Services has issued a statement saying that people living in an area bounded by Eyre to Mount Magnet to Norseman to Israelite Bay and back along the south coast to Eyre should prepare for dangerous weather today, Saturday.
The danger zone includes Kalgoorlie and surrounding areas.
"This is unusual weather that could cause damage to homes and make travel dnagerous. Strong winds and raised dust may cause damage to property and make road conditions hazardous," said the statement.
The seven-day forecast for Perth shows plenty of wind and wet weather this weekend, with the skies brightening during the working week.
On a side note, diggers and bikers mounting up this weekend for the 2nd annual Long Ride to raise awareness of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder will now be heading to Waroona's Agricultural Show instead of the event in Dardanup, now it's been called off.
