died peacefully at home 26 Sep, aged 91.
Devoted husband of Barbara (dec.).
Beloved father to Richard, Scott, and Sally,
Poppa to Michael, Sarah, Amy, Chris, and Daniel,
great-grandfather to Amelia and Xavier,
and family to Margaret, Karen, and Melissa.
Clinician, scholar, activist, mentor, leader, and friend.
He loved the world he lived in and
strived always to make it a better place.
He leaves us better people for having known him.
