Delhi Safari is a 2012 Indian bilingual stereoscopic 3D computer-animated comedy feature film directed by Nikhil Advani. It has been produced by Krayon Pictures (a Pune-based 3D animation studio). The film is based on a story and concept by Advani and features the voices of Akshaye Khanna, Govinda, Sunil Shetty, Boman Irani, and Urmila Matondkar. The screenplay of the film is written by Girish Dhamija and Suresh Nair. The film traces the journey of five animals and birds from Mumbai to Delhi.[1] The music of the film is composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, while the lyrics are penned by Sameer. It is India's first stereoscopic 3D animation feature film.[2] The film released in India on 19 October 2012. Delhi Safari has been granted exemption from entertainment tax in the states of Maharashtra and Delhi.[3] At the 60th National Film Awards, it won the National Film Award for Best Animated Film. The English version of the film has voices by Tom Kenny, Jason Alexander, Cary Elwes, Christopher Lloyd, Jane Lynch, Vanessa Williams and Brad Garrett. The international sales of the film is being handled by Fantastic Films International. The film was released in the United States on 7 December 2012.[4] Delhi Safari received a 15% score on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes and a 35/100 in Metacritic.
Delhi Safari[5] is the story of a journey undertaken by a leopard cub, his mother, a monkey, a bear and a parrot when the forest they live in is on the verge of destruction. Builders have encroached upon their forest and the animals decide to go to Delhi and protest in front of the parliament and ask the parliament some very simple yet pertinent questions they were thinking of– why has man become the most dangerous animal? Doesn't man understand that if the forests and the animals don't co-exist with humans, the balance of the ecosystem will be endangered?
The film starts with Yuvraj (or 'Yuvi', for short) (Tara Strong in the English Version, and Swini Khara in the Original Hindi Version) saying that he lost his father, Sultan (Sunil Shetty) in the morning, but doesn't want to lose his home at any cost. The film carries a flashback of the morning with Yuvi and Sultan playing in the forest while his mother, Begum (Urmila Matondkar) enters. The two say something that gets Begum angry and she goes. Soon, Begum forgives Sultan and Yuvraj (following a song- her one weakness). However, while coming back, a whole pack of bulldozers come from nowhere and proceed to demolish the surrounding jungle. Begum manages to escape, but Yuvi and Sultan are trapped. In a bid to save Yuvi, Sultan catches Yuvi in his mouth and tosses him to Begum. However, he himself is killed by a human wielding a shotgun, making the whole forest a large enemy of the humans. A talk happens with attendants of all the animals in the area. Many believe that leaving their homes is the only way to survive; however, Bajrangi, a monkey (Govinda), says that he would beat out the wits of those men, and asks whether anyone knows anyone who knows language of humans. A white bird pipes up, saying he knows someone. Yuvi meets the white bird the next day, and asks who is the one he said about. The white bird says the animal he spoke of is Alex (Akshaye Khanna), a parrot who lives with a director, Vikram. Bajrangi, his "army" of two monkeys, Bagga the bear (Boman Irani) and Yuvi go and kidnap the parrot and convince him to go to Delhi with them to talk to the parliament and save their land. After a few good and bad experiences, Begum tells that no one is going to Delhi after listening to a tiger's story of how he only survived death at a human's hands by being a coward and forsaking his old ways; thankfully, following a pep talk, Begum changes her mind as soon after she sees Sultan's spirit and, with renewed hope, proceeds to Delhi. They finally reach Delhi and tell their message through Alex. In the last scene, it is shown the jungle is saved courtesy of a shared land act (with the area being called the "Sanjay Gandhi National Park-Borivali") and all are happy.

Produced by Dhaval Jayantilal Gada under his banner Pen India Limited, it features Randeep Hooda and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles. It is a remake of the 2011 Korean movie Always,which was previously adapted in 2015 in Kannada as Boxer. The filming locations included Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and India. Randeep Hooda
Randeep Hooda (pronounced [rɳd̪iːp huːɖaː]; born 20 August 1976) is an Indian film actor who appears in Hindi-language films. Hooda began acting in school productions at a young age. After completing his studies in Melbourne, Australia, he returned to India and began modelling and acting in theatre.
Hooda made his Bollywood debut with Mira Nair's Monsoon Wedding in 2001. However, after a good performance in the film he waited four years for a second project, Ram Gopal Varma's D (2005), which earned him critical acclaim. After D, Hooda worked on a series of critically and commercially unsuccessful projects until he featured in Milan Luthria's Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai (2010).
For his performance in romantic thriller Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster (2011), Hooda earned his first nomination for the IIFA Awards in the Best Supporting Actor category and was subsequently noted for his role in Imtiaz Ali's drama Highway (2014) for which he won the Stardust Award for Best Actor. Other notable film roles include Jannat 2 (2012), Jism 2 (2012), John Day (2013), Sajid Nadiadwala's Kick (2014), Rang Rasiya (2014) and Ungli (2014). In addition to acting in film and theatre, Hooda regularly participates professionally in equestrian sports such as polo and show jumping. He is a social activist and a blogger.

Kajal Aggarwal
Kajal Aggarwal (born 19 June 1985) is an Indian film actress and model who predominantly works in Telugu and Tamil films. She has also appeared in a few Hindi films. Through her successful career, Kajal has become one of the most popular celebrities in South India. Vikram Bhatt
Vikram Bhatt (born 1969 in Mumbai) is an Indian film director, producer and screenwriter. Formerly, he was the creative head of ASA Productions and Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., however he has resigned from the company in 2014.
Early life
Bhatt is the grandson of Vijay Bhatt from (Gujarat, Palitana), one of the pioneers of the Indian film industry, and the son of cinematographer Pravin Bhatt.
Career
At the age of 14, in 1982, Bhatt started his career with director Mukul Anand in Anand's first film, Kanoon Kya Karega. Bhatt also assisted Mukul Anand as the chief assistant on the sets of Agneepath. This film turned out to be a cult classic, though not very successful at the box office.
Subsequently, Bhatt worked with director Shekhar Kapur for two and a half years and later with director Mahesh Bhatt for two years. He has been an assistant director on the sets of several successful films including Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke and Junoon.
His career as a director began with the film Jaanam, which was produced by Mukesh Bhatt. His first four films did not fare well at the box office; his first successful directorial venture was Fareb. Following this, he had a string of successful films such as Ghulam, Kasoor, Raaz and Awara Paagal Deewana. After Awara Paagal Deewana , he once again entered a phase where his films did not perform well at the box office. However, in the same phase he did deliver moderately successful films like Deewane Huye Paagal and the semi-biopic Ankahee.

Jayantilal Gada
Jayantilal Gada is an Indian film executive and producer. He is known for producing the 2013 Hindi-language film Mahabharat, which won Best Animation Film at the 3rd Fiji Film Festival.
He founded PEN India (full name, Popular Entertainment Network India and also sometimes written as Pen) in 1987; today the company produces and presents Bollywood films. Gada retired in 2014 at the age of 52. His son is the film and TV producer Dhaval Gada and was announced as his successor at PEN on 3rd November 2014.
Early life and career
Jayantilal Gada is a Kutchi Vagad born in Lakadia, Gujarat. He studied till 10th in Gurukul High School, Ghatkopar. He began working in his father's small grocery store, also taking courses in radio repairing and photography.
Gada started a small video library in a section of his father's store, buying video cassettes from producers for distribution. This sideline grew as he first began hiring out video cassette players, then began filming weddings on video. Later, he moved into wholesaling videos. Popular Video Cassette Library was restructured and renamed PEN in 1992. After financial problems, Gada began moving into acquiring the copyright to films – at this stage he was aged 25.

However, he himself is killed by a human wielding a shotgun, making the whole forest a large enemy of the humans. A talk happens with attendants of all the animals in the area. Many believe that leaving their homes is the only way to survive; however, Bajrangi, a monkey (Govinda), says that he would beat out the wits of those men, and asks whether anyone knows anyone who knows language of humans. A white bird pipes up, saying he knows someone. Yuvi meets the white bird the next day, and asks who is the one he said about. The white bird says the animal he spoke of is Alex (Akshaye Khanna), a parrot who lives with a director, Vikram. Bajrangi, his "army" of two monkeys, Bagga the bear (Boman Irani) and Yuvi go and kidnap the parrot and convince him to go to Delhi with them to talk to the parliament and save their land. After a few good and bad experiences, Begum tells that no one is going to Delhi after listening to a tiger's story of how he only survived death at a human's hands by being a coward and forsaking his old ways; thankfully, following a pep talk, Begum changes her mind as soon after she sees Sultan's spirit and, with renewed hope, proceeds to Delhi. They finally reach Delhi and tell their message through Alex. In the last scene, it is shown the jungle is saved courtesy of a shared land act (with the area being called the "Sanjay Gandhi National Park-Borivali") and all are happy. -

Delhi Safari is a 2012 Indian bilingual stereoscopic 3D computer-animated comedy feature film directed by Nikhil Advani. It has been produced by Krayon Pictures (a Pune-based 3D animation studio). The film is based on a story and concept by Advani and features the voices of Akshaye Khanna, Govinda, Sunil Shetty, Boman Irani, and Urmila Matondkar. The screenplay of the film is written by Girish Dhamija and Suresh Nair. The film traces the journey of five animals and birds from Mumbai to Delhi.[1] The music of the film is composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, while the lyrics are penned by Sameer. It is India's first stereoscopic 3D animation feature film.[2] The film released in India on 19 October 2012. Delhi Safari has been granted exemption from entertainment tax in the states of Maharashtra and Delhi.[3] At the 60th National Film Awards, it won the National Film Award for Best Animated Film. The English version of the film has voices by Tom Kenny, Jason Alexander, Cary Elwes, Christopher Lloyd, Jane Lynch, Vanessa Williams and Brad Garrett. The international sales of the film is being handled by Fantastic Films International. The film was released in the United States on 7 December 2012.[4] Delhi Safari received a 15% score on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes and a 35/100 in Metacritic.
Delhi Safari[5] is the story of a journey undertaken by a leopard cub, his mother, a monkey, a bear and a parrot when the forest they live in is on the verge of destruction. Builders have encroached upon their forest and the animals decide to go to Delhi and protest in front of the parliament and ask the parliament some very simple yet pertinent questions they were thinking of– why has man become the most dangerous animal? Doesn't man understand that if the forests and the animals don't co-exist with humans, the balance of the ecosystem will be endangered?
The film starts with Yuvraj (or 'Yuvi', for short) (Tara Strong in the English Version, and Swini Khara in the Original Hindi Version) saying that he lost his father, Sultan (Sunil Shetty) in the morning, but doesn't want to lose his home at any cost. The film carries a flashback of the morning with Yuvi and Sultan playing in the forest while his mother, Begum (Urmila Matondkar) enters. The two say something that gets Begum angry and she goes. Soon, Begum forgives Sultan and Yuvraj (following a song- her one weakness). However, while coming back, a whole pack of bulldozers come from nowhere and proceed to demolish the surrounding jungle. Begum manages to escape, but Yuvi and Sultan are trapped. In a bid to save Yuvi, Sultan catches Yuvi in his mouth and tosses him to Begum. However, he himself is killed by a human wielding a shotgun, making the whole forest a large enemy of the humans. A talk happens with attendants of all the animals in the area. Many believe that leaving their homes is the only way to survive; however, Bajrangi, a monkey (Govinda), says that he would beat out the wits of those men, and asks whether anyone knows anyone who knows language of humans. A white bird pipes up, saying he knows someone. Yuvi meets the white bird the next day, and asks who is the one he said about. The white bird says the animal he spoke of is Alex (Akshaye Khanna), a parrot who lives with a director, Vikram. Bajrangi, his "army" of two monkeys, Bagga the bear (Boman Irani) and Yuvi go and kidnap the parrot and convince him to go to Delhi with them to talk to the parliament and save their land. After a few good and bad experiences, Begum tells that no one is going to Delhi after listening to a tiger's story of how he only survived death at a human's hands by being a coward and forsaking his old ways; thankfully, following a pep talk, Begum changes her mind as soon after she sees Sultan's spirit and, with renewed hope, proceeds to Delhi. They finally reach Delhi and tell their message through Alex. In the last scene, it is shown the jungle is saved courtesy of a shared land act (with the area being called the "Sanjay Gandhi National Park-Borivali") and all are happy.

Delhi Safari is a 2012 Indian bilingual stereoscopic 3D computer-animated comedy feature film directed by Nikhil Advani. It has been produced by Krayon Pictures (a Pune-based 3D animation studio). The film is based on a story and concept by Advani and features the voices of Akshaye Khanna, Govinda, Sunil Shetty, Boman Irani, and Urmila Matondkar. The screenplay of the film is written by Girish Dhamija and Suresh Nair. The film traces the journey of five animals and birds from Mumbai to Delhi.[1] The music of the film is composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, while the lyrics are penned by Sameer. It is India's first stereoscopic 3D animation feature film.[2] The film released in India on 19 October 2012. Delhi Safari has been granted exemption from entertainment tax in the states of Maharashtra and Delhi.[3] At the 60th National Film Awards, it won the National Film Award for Best Animated Film. The English version of the film has voices by Tom Kenny, Jason Alexander, Cary Elwes, Christopher Lloyd, Jane Lynch, Vanessa Williams and Brad Garrett. The international sales of the film is being handled by Fantastic Films International. The film was released in the United States on 7 December 2012.[4] Delhi Safari received a 15% score on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes and a 35/100 in Metacritic.
Delhi Safari[5] is the story of a journey undertaken by a leopard cub, his mother, a monkey, a bear and a parrot when the forest they live in is on the verge of destruction. Builders have encroached upon their forest and the animals decide to go to Delhi and protest in front of the parliament and ask the parliament some very simple yet pertinent questions they were thinking of– why has man become the most dangerous animal?
