A Queensland police officer has been suspended from duty and is due to face court after being charged with rape.
The 46-year-old constable from the southern region is expected to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Friday charged with 11 counts of indecent treatment of a child and one count of rape.
He has been suspended from the Queensland Police Service.
