Ayub Khan Din (born 1961 in Salford, Lancashire) is a British Pakistani actor perhaps best known for his role of Sammy in Hanif Kureishi's film Sammy and Rosie Get Laid in (1987) and as the writer of the BAFTA, BIFA and London Film Critics Circle award winning film East Is East based on the original 1996 play that was nominated for an Olivier Award in 1998. In 2008 his new comedy play Rafta, Rafta... won the Olivier Award that year. He also wrote sequel film West Is West released in 2010.
Khan din was born to a Pakistani father and English mother and lived in a Salford upon leaving school he studied drama first at the Salford College of Technology when he completed his course in 1982 he then left to study acting at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, London graduating in 1984. He then went on to pursue a caeer in acting initially in Theatre.
Ayub Khan Din is married to British-Nigerian actress Buki Armstrong they have 2 daughters and currently reside in Granada Spain. Khan Din's brothers are Lee Din and Rasshied Din. Lee is a make-up artist in the TV industry and tutor at the School of Make-up in Manchester, and Rassheid is, among other things, the designer of the Diana, Princess of Wales, memorial centre at Althorp.
Ayub Khan is a compound masculine name; Ayub is the Arabic version of the name of the Biblical figure Job, while Khan is taken from the title used first by the Mongol rulers and then, in particular, their Islamic and Persian-influenced successors in South Asia, where the name is usually found, although Khan was being used before outside South Asia.
East Is East may refer to:

James McAvoy (/ˈmækəvɔɪ/; born 21 April 1979) is a Scottish actor. He made his acting début as a teen in 1995's The Near Room and continued to make mostly television appearances until 2003, when his feature film career began and he continued to work in both areas from then on. His notable television work includes the drama show State of Play, the adult comedy-drama Shameless, and the science fiction show Frank Herbert's Children of Dune. Besides screen acting, McAvoy has performed in several West End productions, receiving three nominations for the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Actor. He has also done voice work for animated films including Gnomeo & Juliet and Arthur Christmas (both 2011).
In 2003, McAvoy appeared in a lead role in Bollywood Queen, a British Indian take on the Shakespeare play Romeo and Juliet, directed by Jeremy Wooding. This was followed by a supporting role, the faun Mr. Tumnus, in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (2005). His performance in Kevin Macdonald's drama The Last King of Scotland (2006) garnered him several award nominations. The critically acclaimed romantic drama war film Atonement (2007) earned him a Golden Globe Award nomination and his second BAFTA nomination. He appeared opposite Angelina Jolie as a newly trained assassin in the action thriller Wanted (2008).

The rest of the story deals with the female taking revenge on the group of friends responsible for her lover's death. In the end, Vijay is the only one alive and the nagin dies before killing him and realizes that she was wrong and that her revenge destroyed many lives just like her own life was destroyed.
