Battlefleet Gothic: Armada today unleashes its Tau Empire DLC with an explosive trailer!
Battlefleet Gothic: Armada, the RTS videogame adaptation of Games Workshop’s classic tabletop game by Tindalos Interactive studio today releases a new faction - the Tau Empire – along with an explosive trailer. The Tau are playable in the multiplayer modes of Battlefleet Gothic: Armada, as well as in Skirmish mode against the AI.
The alien Tau Empire has rapidly expanded across the galaxy, aided by highly advanced technology and a total dedication to the Greater Good philosophy. Their fleets excel at long range, with powerful weapons dealing massive amounts of damage from afar. Skilled Tau admirals can eliminate the bulk of an enemy fleet before they can even get within boarding distance. The Tau have access to a wide array of upgrades and traits to improve their fleet even further.
As announced several months ago, the Tau Empire faction will be free to all Early Adopters of the game on Steam. The Early Adopter offer applies to all Steam pre-purchase owners, as well as those who bought the game on Steam during the first two months following the game's release (before June 21, 2016). Players who purchased Battlefleet Gothic: Armada after June 21 will be able to purchase the Tau Empire as DLC today.
The Tau Empire DLC releases today on Steam and is free for all Early Adopters.
The Tau Empire! one of the few races in 40k that is capable of actual and sustained technological advancement!

,, Na oficjalnej scenie zadebiutowałem prawie 3 lata temu, używając pseudonimu Medium. Od początku starałem się używać narzędzia jakim jest rap do rejestrowania moich poszukiwań odpowiedzi na pytania, które nurtują ludzkość od zawsze. Jaki był tego wynik ? Dwie oficjalne płyty, założenie własnej wytwórni, spełnienie wielu marzeń, otwarcie Fundacji, tysiące kilometrów w trasie na koncertach, ale przede wszystkim - odzyskanie wiary i nadziei na życie wieczne. Wielkiej wiary, która nie pochodzi od człowieka ani od żadnej rzeczy, która znajduje się na Ziemi. Od tego momentu w moim życiu zmieniło się wszystko. Opowiem Ci o tym. Getting in to 40k was no accident! Really it all began at school when a friend of mine brought in his 40k Rule Book and I was inspired by what I saw! I've been into the wargames hobby in general now for years and really enjoy it! I guess the good thing about wargames is the fact you can fight it out with your opponent on the wargames table without the worry of personal injury to yourself - well most of the time anyway! (I'm not exactly a body builder size wise)!

Tau
Tau (uppercase Τ, lowercase τ; Greek: ταυ [taf]) is the 19th letter of the Greek alphabet. In the system of Greek numerals it has a value of 300.
The name in English is pronounced /taʊ/ or /tɔː/, but in modern Greek it is [taf]. This is because the pronunciation of the combination of Greek letters αυ has changed from ancient to modern times from one of [au] to either [av] or [af], depending on what follows (see Greek orthography).
Tau was derived from the Phoenician letter taw 
(𐤕). Letters that arose from tau include Roman T and Cyrillic Te (Т, т).
The letter occupies the Unicode slots U+03C4 (lowercase) and U+03A4 (uppercase). In HTML, they can be produced with named entities (τ and Τ), decimal references (τ and Τ), or hexadecimal references (τ and Τ).
