WHY USE ShareTheMeal?
✫ CHANGE THE WORLD: With just a tap on your smartphone you can feed a hungry child. We call this “to share the meal”. The app allows you to help children wherever you are and whenever you wish – while you're enjoying dinner with your friends or during your lunch break at work. It costs US $ 0.50 to feed one hungry child for a day.
✫ TRACK OUR PROGRESS: We show you where your meals are distributed and what the impact is.
✫ JOIN US TOGETHER WITH YOUR FRIENDS: Smartphone users outnumber hungry children by 20 to 1. If every one of us contributes just a little, we can really make a change and improve so many children's lives.

WHY HUNGER?
795 million people worldwide do not have enough food to lead a healthy and active life. Since 1990, the number of people suffering from hunger has been reduced by 290 million. But hunger still kills more people every year than AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis combined.
With ShareTheMeal we want to change this as quickly as possible. Hunger is the greatest solvable problem: It costs $ 0.50 to feed one child for a day.
