What a finish. What a pair of finishes, in fact - Penrith looked dead and buried but they've pulled it out of the fire to get their second win of the season. Disappointing for Parramatta after they'd strung together three straight wins prior to today and it was so very close to being four. That's it for now, we'll be back tomorrow for the Dogs and the Raiders - and I'll be back in an hour or so for the Southern Stars in the WT20 final. See you then.

Soward misses the kick but it won't matter!

CARTWRIGHT STEALS IT!!! ABSOLUTE SCENES AT PARRAMATTA STADIUM!

On the last play of the game, Soward kicks across the field and Waqa Blake gets up and throws it back to the big back-rower who throws a dummy to his outside man and goes over - we've gone upstairs to check something, I'm not sure what, but it's quickly given the green light!

They get 15m out and a pass on the last hits an Eels' hand! Six more with thirty seconds to go!

They try a chip on the last but can't haul it in and then Beau Scott drops it but it goes backwards! All happening here. After a safety set from Parra, Penrith will probably get one more chance..

Soward pushes it wide to the right! Parramatta cling to a slender lead! 18-16 as the clock stops with 3:15 to play.

Mansour's in!!! Great quick hands to the left from Matt Moylan gave Hiku an easy draw and pass to his winger and now they'll have a shot from the sideline to level it up with four minutes to go!

We don't see this often - Leilani Latu was judged to have knocked on but the Penrith players were adamant that the ball came off the fingers of Ken Edwards...and they're right! The scrum is overturned with two seconds left on the shot clock! Penrith 10m out needing a converted try!

Penrith get into the Parramatta 20 after a strong set but that's a really poor kick from Soward on the last - it wasn't quite a bomb but it was in the air and straight to Radradra who caught it comfortably and is tackled 10m out from his own line.

They nearly score again immediately - Quick hands from Moeroa put Jennings through a gap who finds Norman and the half dabs a neat grubber in for Semi Radradra to chase but he can't haul it in cleanly!

Gordon makes it 18-12.

De Gois gives Parramatta the lead!! We get a lengthy look from the Bunker but it's green lights - Gutherson made the break down the right wing before chipping ahead, his kick took a horror bounce to fool Yeo who won the footrace to the ball and allowed the hooker to sneak through and score!

Gordon levels things up with the penalty goal. 15 to play and it's anyone's game!

Moeroa wins a penalty this time - and it's right in front!

Martin's kick is off the legs of Norman and then the Parramatta half picks the ball up and gets back over halfway before being tackled! Radradra wins a penalty on the next tackle and just like that the Eels are on the attack again!

Foran drops it! Penrith get a scrum 40m out from the Eels' line.

Gordon leaps highest to haul in a kick from Soward under heavy pressure from Moylan!

Gutherson puts it down! That was a super offload from Wicks to Takairangi who ran to the line and then passed and it seemed like the Parra winger would have a clear path to the tryline but he drops the ball!

Gordon slices an easy-ish kick wide and we won't be tied up! It stays 12-10 to the Panthers.
