John Luessenhop

John Luessenhop is an American film director. He graduated from University of Virginia, Georgetown University Law Center, and film schools at UCLA and NYU.

He is the director of Takers (2010), starring Matt Dillon, Paul Walker, Idris Elba, Jay Hernandez, Michael Ealy, T.I., Chris Brown and Hayden Christensen.

He also directed the drama film Lockdown (2000), creator and director of War Drama series Lone Star (2010) by FOX ,creator and director of science fiction drama series Awake (2012) by NBC ,the horror film Texas Chainsaw 3D (2013) And creator of Card game Drama series Mind Games also Kyle Killen (2014) by ABC. Texas Chainsaw (promoted as Texas Chainsaw 3D) is a 2013 American slasher film directed by John Luessenhop, with a screenplay by Adam Marcus, Debra Sullivan and Kirsten Elms and a story by Stephen Susco, Marcus and Sullivan. It is the seventh film adaptation in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchise, and was presented in 3-D. The film stars Alexandra Daddario, Dan Yeager, Trey Songz, Tania Raymonde, Scott Eastwood, Thom Barry, Paul Rae and Bill Moseley, with Gunnar Hansen and Marilyn Burns, who had appeared in the original 1974 film. The story centers on Heather, who discovers that she was adopted after learning of an inheritance from a long-lost grandmother. She subsequently takes a road trip with her friends to collect the inheritance, unaware that it includes her cousin, Leatherface, as well. Filming began in the summer of July 2011, and it was released January 4, 2013.

Upon release, the film received negative reviews critics and fans of the original film. It did, however, perform well at the box-office, making $47.2 million from a $20 million budget. It was also the last film both Burns and Hansen starred in before they both died in 2014 and 2015 respectively.

Alexandra Daddario

Alexandra Anna Daddario (born March 16, 1986) is an American actress and model. She is best known for playing Annabeth Chase in the Percy Jackson film series and Blake in San Andreas. She starred in the films Texas Chainsaw 3D and Hall Pass, and has guest starred in series including White Collar, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and the first season of True Detective.

Early life

Daddario was born in New York City, New York, the daughter of Christina, a lawyer, and Richard Daddario, a prosecutor and former head of the NYPD counter-terrorism unit under Mayor Bloomberg. Her brother, Matthew Daddario, is also an actor. She also has a sister named Catharine. Her paternal grandfather was Emilio Q. Daddario, a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from the state of Connecticut from 1959 to 1971. She has Italian, Czech, English, and Irish ancestry.

Daddario was raised on Manhattan's Upper East Side and is an alumna of Brearley School and the Professional Children's School. Daddario said she decided to be an actress at the age of eleven. She attended Marymount Manhattan College. She said she studied the Meisner acting technique for years.

Tania Raymonde

Tania Raymonde (born March 22, 1988) is an American actress. She began her career in the recurring character of Cynthia Sanders in TV series Malcolm in the Middle between 2000 and 2002, followed by the role of Alex Rousseau in the ABC series Lost from 2006 to 2010. She has since played Carla Rinaldi on MTV's Death Valley (2011), starred in the horror film Texas Chainsaw 3D (2013) and portrayed Jodi Arias, the title role in the TV movie Jodi Arias: Dirty Little Secret (2013). In April 2015, she joined the cast of the TNT series The Last Ship.

Career

Tania Raymonde's first television role was as Alice/Young Syd in "Syd in Wonderland", an episode of the TV series Providence. She subsequently appeared on other TV series, including The Brothers Garcia, The Nightmare Room, That's So Raven, The Guardian, Lost, Medium, Malcolm in the Middle, and NCIS.

In 2002, she starred in the film Children on Their Birthdays, her first feature film role. In 2003 she played Lauren O'Keefe in the sitcom The O'Keefes.
