Fast bowler Josh Hazlewood has been charged with dissent by the International Cricket Council match referee Chris Broad for his part in a shabby display of petulance over an umpiring decision just before lunch.
Hazlewood has pleaded guilty, with his punishment expected tonight.
Josh Hazlewood goes round the wicket, and bowls a beauty. They are reviewing the not-out decision on the lbw. This is a real ripper. Inswinging yorker from round the wicket. And it swings in real late, and squeezes under the toe of the bat. Actually upon watching it again and again, Illingworth has detected a faint inside edge on the toe. And he doesn't even look at another replay. The Australian fielders, who are seeing this on the big screen, charge at the umpire and say no way that hot spot is the ball. It is the bat hitting the ground. And now two balls later, they show us the zoomer. I am still not convinced he hit it. The point is, he might have hit it, but how can the third umpire be so sure watching just one replay after having earlier said I don't think he hit it. Everything else right with that appeal, except for that hot spot on the inside part of the toe of the bat. There is doubt involved here with that hot spot, and it is the right decision to stay with the on-field umpire, but the way the third umpire rushed to that decision wasn't great viewing. For the first two or three replays Illingworth was convinced he hadn't hit it, and then he saw a small hot spot, and didn't bother with another look. Also, if the umpire saw an inside edge, why didn't he bother checking if the ball had lopped straight up for a catch?

Artwork censorship
Disgraceful's cover underwent a revision after some time on general release. The original cover—pictured here—contained a furry blue pencil case with a balloon inside, creating a somewhat labia-like effect. This was later revised to the current, slightly less blatant bunny slipper design. Some have contested this move as censorship which entirely misconstrues the tongue-in-cheek humour of the original.
