Bizzy

Bizzy is a South Korean rapper most famously known as part of hip-hop collective Drunken Tiger and hip-hop trio MFBTY. He is an affiliate of Yang Dong-geun's, Yucka Squad, and also the hip-hop crew, The Movement. He became more known when he started performing alongside Drunken Tiger member Tiger JK and later featured on Drunken Tiger's 6th album.

He is currently signed to label FEELGHOOD Music, which also houses the other two members of MFBTY (Drunken Tiger/Tiger JK, and Yoon Mi-rae).

Biography

Bizzy (real name Bak Jun Young) was born in New Zealand on February 29, 1980. At the age of 7, he moved to Washington DC to live with his aunt. During his time there, he was exposed to Eastcoast hip-hop via his uncle (an African-American man) and his extended family. In 1995, he attended a music school in New Zealand and applied his knowledge when he became a DJ at local clubs. He was later admitted into The School of Audio Engineering.

In 2001, he moved to South Korea and auditioned at different labels. Most offered him roles as a back up vocal and guest rapper for Korean pop groups. He refused them because it went against his goals of becoming a rapper. During this time, he met Yang Dong Gun (YDG) and became a member of his hip-hop crew, Yucka Squad. He was later inducted into hip-hop crew, The Movement. Movement Crew member, Sean2Slow, observed how Bizzy would “always be busy,” thus leading to his current stage name.

Tech N9ne

Aaron Dontez Yates (born November 8, 1971), better known by his stage name Tech N9ne (pronounced Tech Nine), is an American rapper. In 1999, Yates and business partner Travis O'Guin founded the record label Strange Music. He has sold over two million albums and has had his music featured in film, television, and video games. In 2009, he won the Left Field Woodie award at the mtvU Woodie Awards.

His stage name originated from the TEC-9 semi-automatic handgun, a name given to him by rapper Black Walt due to his fast-rhyming Chopper style. Yates later applied a deeper meaning to the name, claiming that it stands for the complete technique of rhyme, with "tech" meaning technique and "nine" representing the number of completion.

Early life

In 1971, Yates was born in Kansas City, Missouri. He began rapping at a very early age, and would rap the letters of his name in order to remember how to spell it. He never met his father, and his mother suffered from epilepsy and lupus when he was a child, which emotionally affected him and inspired him to "search for God". He would explore abandoned buildings with his best friend, hoping to catch a ghost on film. He attended Southwest High School in Kansas City.

Bizzy Bone

Bryon Anthony McCane II (born September 12, 1976), better known by his stage name Bizzy Bone, AKA Li'l Ripsta, is an American rapper and the youngest member of the Cleveland rap group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony.

Early life

Bryon Anthony McCane was born in Columbus, Ohio. In 1980, 4-year-old Bryon and his two sisters were abducted and held captive for over two years by his stepfather. Both his sisters were natural children of Bryon's stepfather. The children were put into the backseat of a car and driven off, while their mother was at work. He says that at first, he did not know he had been kidnapped, and was made to believe that his mother and grandmother were dead. During his abduction period, he lived in many homes, apartments, cars and motels, all in Northern Oklahoma. He was often beaten, tortured, and sexually assaulted. In 1983, the "family" had been living on the Kaw Indian Reservation in Kaw, Oklahoma for about a year-and-a-half. A neighbor saw his photo at the end of the made-for-TV movie, Adam, and called the police, resulting in his return to his family.
