Plot: In 2001, four Pakistani Britons, Ruhal Ahmed, Asif Iqbal and Shafiq Rasul and another friend, Monir, travel to Pakistan for a wedding and in a urge of idealism, decide to see the situation of war torn Afganistan which is being bombed by the American forces in retaliation for the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Once there, with the loss of Monir in the wartime chaos, they are captured by Northern Alliance fighters. They are then handed them over the American forces who transport them to the prison camps at the Guantanamo Bay base in Cuba. What follows is three years of relentless imprisonment, interrogations and torture to make them submit to blatantly wrong confessions to being terrorists. In the midst of this abuse, the three struggle to keep their spirits up in that face of this grave injustice.

Plot: Kaaliya Patil is a laborer in a mill in a small town in India. The region experiences riots and as a result there is considerable violence. The police are summoned and are compelled to open fire in the crowds, resulting in deaths of several people. Amongst the dead are Patil's wife and daughter. Patil's pleas for help are ignored, and he also does not get any justice through the system. Angered, he quits his job and takes to crime, and soon becomes the top lieutenant of a don named Sher Khan. Patil still nurses considerable anger at the police, and he seizes his chance to abduct the Police Commissioner's (Ashraf Khan) only daughter and thus avenge the death of his child and wife. For Sher Khan this is like killing two birds with one stone, as he will not only get his vengeance against Ashraf, but also force him to get his only daughter, Farheen, to marry his brother, Salim. The question is will Ashraf let Patil and Sher Khan to get the upper hand, or does he have a surprise tucked away as his ace against them?

Plot: Traditional rivals arise between two Pathan families who were at daggers drawn for many generations. On seeing Rukhsar back, her people are numbed with shock. Fatehkhan goes to Sherkhan's house but he refuses to relent unless Fateh khan begs for his pardon before the whole community. Not to be intimidated, Fatehkhan challenges Sherkhan that a day would come when he would come begging him for Rukhsar and only then he would send her. The two innocent continued to suffer at the hands of their fathers but Sherkhan and Fatehkhan remained adament. Blood flowed killings continued.

Plot: Beena works as a stage actress and lives a poor lifestyle with her widowed mother. One day while returning home she is molested by Bankhe and two other men, but Rajan comes to her rescue. Gangasaran is on the jury and would like Gopal to get a fair trial. The police find out that a woman was present with Gopal at the night of the murder, but Gopal refuses to divulge her name. As a result of this refusal, he is found guilty. When the sentence is about to be passed, Beena suddenly appears in Court and testifies that she was with Gopal the night of the murder. Gopal is set free, but Beena is shunned by Rajan and Gangasaran and not only driven out of the house, but also from the town. The question does remain - what compelled Beena to spend the night with Gopal, and why was Gopal accused of killing Ratanlal?

Plot: Girdharilal lives a poor lifestyle in Delhi along with his wife, Geeta, and two daughters and a son. He works as a Money Order Clerk in the Post Office, earns Rs.110/- per Mensem, and wears a torn coat that his wife is tired of stitching. One day at work, he makes an error in a money order but does manage to fix it, collects his pay and returns home, refusing to drink alcohol with his co-workers, Sher Khan and Munnilal. He then sets out to buy some snacks and toys for his children and loses a 100 Rupee note. Unable to recollect where he lost it, he decides to kill himself but when he misses the train he returns home and confides in his wife. She assures him that she will manage somehow. He manages to borrow money, even finds a part-time job, to pay off his bills, but is unable to pay his electricity bill. One night he returns home and finds the pantry full. His mind distracted with doubts about his wife's character, he starts making mistakes at both his places of employment, and returns home to find his door locked, his wife missing, and his children playing outside. When he questions them about the whereabouts of their mother, they refuse to tell him. Shortly thereafter Sher Khan and Munnilal, concerned about their co-worker, find him near the railway tracks heading straight into an on-coming train. Sher manages to rescue him, and this is when he will tell them the devastating news that Geeta has taken to prostitution and he has killed her. Watch what impact this has on his employment, his children, and his friends.
