It's official: yet another one of our childhood staples has been taken away from us.
SunnyBoy ice blocks, those delicious pyramid-shaped frozen treats, are sadly no longer.
In a statement provided to Fairfax Media, a Daily Juice Co spokesman advised:
"The Daily Juice Co can confirm that we have regrettably had to make the hard decision to stop production of the icy treat, SunnyBoy, as of August 2016. Unfortunately, SunnyBoy has experienced a sustained reduction in consumer demand over a long period of time, making it necessary to delete the product from our range of water ice treats.
"No other products are affected by this deletion, and consumers will still be able to purchase all our other popular brands, including Zooper Dooper and Quelch."
Excuse us while we take a moment to process this news:
Sure, they were tricky to eat:

They are like the Rubik's Cube of ice-blocks
the sunnyboy is a classic of the genre "it's hot and I just want to eat this ice block why is it so goddamn hard"
