Al Sharpton’s daughter admitted in a damning legal deposition that she danced, pranced and jetted around to romance her beau after supposedly suffering permanent damage to her ankle when she stumbled in a city pothole. Dominique Sharpton gave the deposition, a transcript of which was obtained by The Post, in her $5 million lawsuit against the city - and it reveals startling new details about her escapades following the injury. “I was walking to cross the street, and my foot went into something and caused me to fall,” Dominque Sharpton, 30, testified during her July deposition, according to documents obtained this week through a Freedom of Information request. “I heard a snap,” recalled Sharpton, who said she was wearing flat boots at the time.

If you ever see a moose causing havoc in your yard (well, you never know) and think a robot mower could be a useful tool for scaring it off, think again. Judging by this recently posted YouTube video, the remotely controlled machine is clearly no match for a mighty moose. The video shows the animal happily helping itself to some apples straight from a tree before the mower slowly trundles into view. Undeterred by the arrival of a robot at its feet, the apple-chomping moose administers a kick as swift as it is severe, rendering the grass-cutting device useless. As we still try to process the death of Marlins star Jose Fernandez in a boating accident, we can’t help but be reminded that it is, sadly, not without precedent. The example which most obviously and immediately springs to mind are the deaths of Cleveland Indians pitchers Steve Olin and Tim Crews, who were killed in a boating accident on Little Lake Nellie in Clermont, Florida during spring training in 1993.
